Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tulum

Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

We had an awesome stay at David's place for a little over a month. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. The pool area, gym, and amenities are awesome. Great for remote work as it's quiet and you can focus. Plus, the overall location is ideal. Really like Aldea Zama. It's safe, quiet but has plenty of great restaurants and little shops around. We were able to walk to a lot of areas in Tulum. David and team had excellent communication. If you're looking for a relaxing place in Tulum that isn't in the Hotel Zone, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lupita’s place in Tulum. The kids loved the pool and we spent much more time lounging on-site the than expected. The complex was secure and within easy walking distance to both Tulum Centro and Aldea Zama.

Carolina has been the best host I've had so far, very attentive and responds so quickly if you have any questions. The place is beautiful, located in a very private and safe area with many restaurants and convenience stores near by. Will definitely be recommending this spot to everyone!

Andrea was the most amazing host. 5 star service hands down! Beautiful condo, small but comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Amazing rooftop with clean bathrooms, tables , 2 beautiful pools and very comfortable beds and lounge chairs. The gym is also amazing. The place was wonderful, nice staff. However, you are in the middle of nowhere and the taxi drivers constantly wanted to leave us! The roads to the property are catastrophic so I recommend an e mountain bike or an SUV. The location in Tulum is never perfect, however this place is right between beach zone and city which I found perfect. Price performance is really great!!

The Airbnb was in the middle of Tulum which was awesome. Her place was clean and the front desk, staff was very nice as well. Claudia was very helpful in any communications that we needed. She was very quick to respond and help out. There are two pools, one on the roof and one in the first floor, which was very nice.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

Tribehouse Tulum was absolutely perfect! 15 girls stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and the amount of praise I got for finding this place was overwhelming. The rooms, outdoor areas, amenities were spot on with the pictures and description. Felt super safe the entire time in the area of the house, as well! We also can’t thank our host enough!! She helped plan everything from our beach club day, our night out on the town, a day on a yacht, and a tour through the jungle that included four wheeling, ziplining, waterfall repelling, and 2 cave cenotes! She also helped set up all the transportation, our food delivery, groceries and much more. I also can’t rave enough about how delicious our meals were that got delivered 3 nights. Highly recommend the chicken dinner, it was DELICIOUS! Can’t say thank you enough to tribe house for making all my sisters bach party dreams come true. It was perfect and stress free. Can’t recommend enough!!! 🤍

Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

Lovely home in a good location, possible to walk and bike to nearby places. Good amenities and responsive host.

Great place! Totally recommended! It was our little oasis in Tulum. You do need a car ideally, but we also rented bikes. It is a safe gated community, which is reassuring, Tulum being Tulum;) Lots of great design details and well equipped house. There is no sun on the garden/pool though, which is probably by design as there is lots of sun outside of your accommodation;) lovely beds as well, slept off our jetlag pretty well.

The penthouse is very nice and comfortable, everything you need to rest on vacation, plus it's close to all the popular and touristic places in Tulum. The hot tub on the terrace was fantastic, I was able to relax and have a glass of wine without having to worry about anything. Definitely an extraordinary place to stay I recommend it 💯

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Luisa's place was great for our stay in Tulum. The reception was veey helpful with Scooter Rental and other assistance. The place was very spacious with a super comfy bed. The rooftop pool was a great addition as we spent lots of time up there. I would recommend a car, scooter or bike to get around Tulum as taxi's can be expensive. The main beach road was not far with the same distance to the downtowny bit so location was good. Hosts were nice and responsive and we had everything we needed for our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Tarik’s place! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a sophisticated touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect spot to unwind, yet still conveniently close to great food options and bike rentals. Tarik was an excellent host—very responsive and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.
