this spot was so amazing! Brett (and his colleague, Jose) were incredibly kind, accommodating and made it feel seamless and easy for single women to travel and feel safe/at home in Tulum. i will 100% rent from Brett again when I come back to Tulum. i can’t recommend this place enough. also his aesthetic and taste in decor was the perfect mix of homey, attractive and sleek. convenient location and in an area that’s fully developed so there is no noise from construction! security at building and a wonderful large pool. i feel appreciative i stumbled across such a amazing spot to rent. thank you again, Brett!

Excellent accommodation. It had everything you need to make yourself at home. The bed is very large and comfortable. As well as the chair. The only bad thing is that it was a 3 floor and there is no elevator, we were going with our baby's car. So it was a bit tricky. But everything else is fine. The rooftop with the pool was wonderful, I was always alone.

The place was great! David was very good at communicating :) Would absolutely recommend this Airbnb .

We had a wonderful stay at Lupita’s place in Tulum. The kids loved the pool and we spent much more time lounging on-site the than expected. The complex was secure and within easy walking distance to both Tulum Centro and Aldea Zama.

Carolina has been the best host I've had so far, very attentive and responds so quickly if you have any questions. The place is beautiful, located in a very private and safe area with many restaurants and convenience stores near by. Will definitely be recommending this spot to everyone!

We had an amazing stay - the space was clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Renting a scooter to explore is definitely a must. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we have everything needed. Highly recommend this spot!

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

The Tribe House was the best decision I could have made for hosting my bachelorette party. Maureen really does provide an all inclusive service, including delicious catered dinners and breakfasts by the amazing Jess and her mom that we could eat outside in the backyard, extremely fun and beautiful private tours led by Maureen herself and local guides, and private transportation everywhere we wanted including to/from the airport. The space itself could fit all 10 of us easily, it was so comfortable and homey and cute, we had a fridge stocked full of snacks and groceries and alcohol at a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things honestly. She even helped us pick local places for dinner that were super fun. The place is practically built to house a bachelorette party, the pool even came with ring shaped floaties. Maureen and I were always in contact with one another, I was even able to call her to plan logistics. The area also felt walkable and safe. Just can be a bit noisy outside

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back in the future!

We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

Flavia was an amazing host. Very responsive whenever we reached out with a request and so helpful with sharing recommendations. The Airbnb was as expected from the photos. My friends and I had a great and safe time.

Booking with Sofia made our entire stay so much more enjoyable! The concierge service was amazing and took the stress off planning the smaller things such as transportation and reservations. The airbnb was clean, aesthetic, and perfect for a girls trip. Location was perfect too with coffee shops and restaurants close by! Overall, amazing!!

We were beyond satisfied and thrilled with Tanya’s casita! It’s so beautiful, cozy, well decorated, and very well kept. It is away from Centro and beaches which is just what we were looking for! Easy to rent a car or bike, which are within walking distance. I will also add, the fact that she keeps a few necessities in the fridge so we didn’t have to worry about shopping right away was such a nice touch!! Also, we weren’t paying close enough attention to the description, but there is no TV. Turned out to be a good thing!! I HIGHLY recommend this casita! Thank you Tanya, for such a wonderful stay!!

Great place! Totally recommended! It was our little oasis in Tulum. You do need a car ideally, but we also rented bikes. It is a safe gated community, which is reassuring, Tulum being Tulum;) Lots of great design details and well equipped house. There is no sun on the garden/pool though, which is probably by design as there is lots of sun outside of your accommodation;) lovely beds as well, slept off our jetlag pretty well.

The penthouse is very nice and comfortable, everything you need to rest on vacation, plus it's close to all the popular and touristic places in Tulum. The hot tub on the terrace was fantastic, I was able to relax and have a glass of wine without having to worry about anything. Definitely an extraordinary place to stay I recommend it 💯

The host was very response and kind. The place is clean. We used the bicycles to get around town. Walking is doable but it’s a bit of a hike to the town center (so can/taxi is recommended ) the staff there is great at getting rides. The personal tub was not warm but it was great after a hot day- the outside hammocks were great to chill. I recommend stopping at the store to get water, paper towels, body wash, and snacks. The street tacos were the best food ! Felt safe at the hotel with security and walking.

Tarik's place has everything you need for a group of 4-6 people. This place is well-located, a great pool, comfortable and quiet. The whole neighborhood is beautiful with lots of shade and trees all around. You have a 7/11 really close by, a pharmacy, a few restaurants for a quick snack, and less than 5 minutes (by car) to the main avenue, and less than 10 minutes (again, by car) to the beach and Tulum ruins. You are about that much away from many great restaurants and bars. The town is amidst a big development and there are lots of areas with construction and noise during the day, but it didn't bother us. Also, pro tip, there is a sweet Yucatecan lady that is across the street from the house. in the morning. She sells delicious salbutes, panuchos and empanadas, all Yucatecan cuisine, freshly made, for 20 pesos each (1 dollar). Highly recommended for a snack or a good breakfast. You really can't beat that since a lot of the food here is a little to a lot expensive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The Xalet building is walking distance to many restaurants and 200 meters from the big grocery store in town. The rooftop pool, beautiful amenities and location to reasonably priced food options and local cenotes made this condo a top choice for us.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.
