Vacation rentals in Cozumel

Rodrigo is very available and responsive. the listing was totally consistent with the photos and description The accommodation is well located but this goes hand in hand with the only small downside for me: Music to the fullest until at least 3am in the bars next door and not soundproofed at all. But this is not the responsibility of Rodrigo who is really a good host.

Everything about this rental was 10/10. The place was spotless and had unique furnishings with welcome snacks and water, the location was amazing with a view of the ocean that was unmatched and Deanna's communication only made it better! She is ahead of the ball in every way! The ONLY thing I would warn is the internet in the building is not great. It wouldn't be super ideal to try and be a digital nomad in the hotel. Other than that, it was amazing! Can't wait to book again!

We loved our stay! The penthouse is gorgeous and the amenities are just right. Having a kitchen was very nice - we enjoyed having a fridge, freezer, and microwave even though we ate out each day. I was concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but I think being on the top floor gave us enough distance from the street to enjoy peace and quiet. I am a fussy sleeper (the temperature has to be just right, the blanket weight and pillow fluffiness needs to be perfect) and I was very comfortable. We spent the first night in the downstairs bedroom but moved to the upstairs bedroom, which has individual fans over the beds and, in my opinion, better air conditioning. we traveled without a car and loved being close to everything - the beach (we paid for chairs at a bar for $10USD each), restaurants, cafes, etc. We've previously done playa del carmen resorts and missed the pools a bit, but got a day pass for a rooftop pool around the corner. We would definitely come back! 🩷

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in Playa del Carmen! This was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to it every morning was a dream. The location is perfect! Situated on 38th Street and 5th Avenue, we were within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops, and the vibrant energy of Playa del Carmen. Despite being so central, the property still felt peaceful and relaxing. Our host was outstanding—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Playa, this is it! We would absolutely stay here again.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

We recently spent five days at Glenn’s property in Playa del Carmen, with our three-year-old twin boys, and it was an unforgettable experience. His hospitality and genuine love for the property and his guests is something we have never experienced in a vacation rental. Expect to be doted on! He makes every detail of the stay feel effortless and special. From the daily cleaning service to the thoughtful touches like laundry and dishes being taken care of, he creates a true escape—where families can focus on making memories instead of managing chores. The pool is fantastic, the property is stunning, and access to the beach makes the location unbeatable.

Reynaldo’s place is perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for our little one to crawl and the pool and private beach club are fantastic. Playa del Carmen was quiet at the time of year we were there and extremely safe. Reynaldo’s communication was great and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.
