Vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

The Rental was just as they described very clean and organized no clutter. the instructions were easy to understand. There was a person stationed at the entrance at all times and I felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking our vacation for next year. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. The air-conditioning was great after walking around all day. It was nice to come back to a cool room were we decided what the temperature would be. Our stay was wondering.

Nice to stay away from the touristy area but also close enough to walk. Local beach is tranquil and close.

Our stay at Irma and Danella’s Airbnb in Mexico was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable experience . The property itself was absolutely immaculate — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. The serene and stylish decor provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to unwind. Amazing stay in one of my preferred areas of the beautiful city where you find both fun and peace! The apartment itself was above my expectations, just stunning, one block away from the beach, and less than that to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The attention to detail shows, very clean, beach chairs, everything you need for a perfect stay. The hosts were always attentive and responsive, I truly recommend this place.

Christopher's place is a truly fabulous apartment, situated in a great location near to the entrance to Playa 38 and some fantastic restaurants on Calle 38. It is a block away from Quinta Avenida, so great for access to shopping etc, but remains quiet and calm. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, with high quality linens and furnishings. The provision of a washer and tumble dryer is a brilliant bonus. The bedrooms are more spacious than in the photos - with huge superking beds and air con in every major room. The balcony extends along the living room and master bedroom, complete with comfortable seating and a grill (and the views!). What really makes this Airbnb stand out however is the attention to detail by Christopher and his team - from first communication and throughout our stay. Response times were exceptional and communication so welcoming and proactive. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough for anyone wishing to stay in Playa Del Carmen. FANTASTIC!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

We stayed 9 days in this superb apartment that we highly recommend. Very nice location close to restaurants and the beach. Very quiet which is a big advantage at Playa del Carmen. Remarkable apartment, very spacious, very nice with beautiful terrace sea view. Thank you. We had a pleasant stay.

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The property alone is absolutely incredible, and the personal care and attention to detail from Glenn and Maria made it a fantastic experience for my family. Everything is as described in the listing. The location is perfect to spend time at the house, the beach, in town, and activities in the surrounding areas. Glenn went out of his way on multiple occasions to make us feel at home and help with whatever we needed.
