The host was very responsive to any queries or concerns that were raised while we stayed there. The only feedback myself and the other guests have is that the host could have left instructions on things like where the bikes are located, how to identify them and how to use the hot tub. However, these questions were answered promptly when asked. Great stay overall and would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a great stay at this beautiful clean studio. The place was spotless and presented well with great ambiance and amenities. The beach is about a 15 minute drive and many restaurants and bars. The rooftop jacuzzi on the 4th floor and terrace was beautiful as well as the Cenote on the ground floor. I highly recommend this place. Overall, we had a great experience!

The location is so safe and calm. Great proximity to beach and attractions. Nice amenities within the complex and nearby. There’s a 7-11 basically within the complex for all of your basic needs. Shawn is a great host and concierge. He was able to line up transfers for me on VERY SHORT notice. Provided early check in, responded promptly, didn’t leave me feeling alone as a solo traveler in Mexico.

Very beautiful condo. Everything about this place was as described in the listing. Construction was present, but did not really disturb us much. We also had full days of activities planned so maybe that’s why we didn’t notice much. Walking distance to a grocery store, shops and a few restaurants. Concierge was ok. Everything was booked as promised just very slow to respond, sometimes 2-3 days before getting a response. I will also note wash cloths are not provided. So you’d probably want to bring your own. We ended up just buying some there. Overall a really great stay!

Excellent place to stay. A private and quiet place to be. Mario was always on top, active in communication and providing support from the first moment of booking until the last day of stay. A completely recommended place to book.

Great stay. Really big Apartment with big terracce. And nice location too, with restaurants and shops in a few minutes walking distance.

this place is a good value. it's at the edge of town but a quick walk to the center. we rode the bikes to the beach but we had to get some help to get the tires pumped up and the seat adjusted from a nice guy at a dive shop around the corner. the cold plunge was nice and the common space with the pools but the steam and sauna were not working. overall a good stay and nice place. to park there you have to drive through some deep puddles.

All in all, worth the price and worth the stay Only thing to know is that you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic spot! Walkable to a huge grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants, but once you’re inside the condo “building” it’s private and feels secluded by all the jungle trees. We felt very safe our entire stay. The pool area is awesome, lots of spots to lounge in the sun or shade. Gym was great, had everything we needed during our stay. Not just treadmill , lots of weights and machines. The unit itself was easy to find and backed up to the jungle, so even more privacy. Very clean inside with extra towels and linens, enough kitchen items to actually cook a small dinner. In unit washer and dryer was such a plus to have. Yes, there is a little construction noise during the day, it’s not super loud and doesn’t start early or go late. Didn’t bother us at all. WiFi was great, didn’t go out once. Both my husband and I were able to do zoom calls for work with no problems. Aldo and Monica were extremely responsive and accommodating! We will be back!

This place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful and spacious perfect for any occasion. Carla’s team was extremely accommodating and very feared great recommendations for our stay. I would go back next week if I could!

Everything was very nice, the place was very nice , it only took us a little to get to because we didn't know Tulum. Overall a very nice place, quiet and clean.

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful experience. However, getting there was a bit tricky as the road is somewhat complicated, so having a car is definitely a must. Overall, a great place for a Tulum getaway if you're looking for a more secluded jungle vibe!

Incredible stay. Finding the house was very difficult as each one looks so similar and don't have numbers indicating the houses address. the security on site didnt know much about the property so he couldn't help. We spent 2 hours after sunset outside looking for keys and the right house until manager was able to come and let us in. Manger is very kind and helpful. Private pool was not working but the shared pools were amazing. Excellent stay but I would recommend labeling the front door with numerals to ensure you're at the right place and add a lockbox to store keys instead of hiding them at the property. would be so much more helpful for guests who arrive later.
