Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tulum

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

We had an amazing stay here! The place is a zen oasis & gave us an experience unlike any other. The unit was well equipped we spent some nights cooking & went to the local grocery store a walk away. The amenities were our highlight. We treated it as a wellness retreat and enjoyed the hot and cold plunge, sauna, lane pool and hot tub! Angie has been a super responsive host always catering to our questions. Any concern she got it solved right away. The reception and security was always so friendly, and we felt safe our entire trip. We didn’t use the hot tub on the balcony, but the other amenities made up for it. Next time we’re back, we’ll definitely book here again.

Claudia’s place was great for our group! Enough space for everyone and honestly was bigger than the pictures made it look! The pool and rooftop were our favorite spot!

We had an awesome stay at David's place for a little over a month. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. The pool area, gym, and amenities are awesome. Great for remote work as it's quiet and you can focus. Plus, the overall location is ideal. Really like Aldea Zama. It's safe, quiet but has plenty of great restaurants and little shops around. We were able to walk to a lot of areas in Tulum. David and team had excellent communication. If you're looking for a relaxing place in Tulum that isn't in the Hotel Zone, this is it.

Great location in downtown Tulum. Close to coffee shops and super markets. Main road nearby so easy to grab a cab to go to beach area. Host very proactive in communication and very responsive and helpful

Wow, wow, wow! This place was gorgeous- just like the photos! Shawn was an excellent host, very responsive with amazing recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to our adventures. Not only did we get a stylish place to stay, but it also felt like we had concierge service for our guests excursions. The beds were by far the most comfortable we’ve ever had in an air bnb or hotel. The sheets were soft, smooth, and delicious. Can’t recommend Shawn and his gorgeous property enough!!! Thank you Shawn!

This place was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The free access to the spa was also a nice touch to the already beautiful property. The house’s rooftop plunge pool and outside seating was great for lounging and hanging out! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Rene was a terrific host and the most helpful host ever. I ran an Airbnb for 6 years so I know how hard it is to take that much time to help guests and Rene is just terrific. We went to Tulum to look for property and he is a broker and so very knowledgeable. His place is terrific in terms of size and the facilities are awesome with a jacuzzi/pool and more. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we go back. Pick this place you won't be disappointed.

This apartment is beautiful! Huge gorgeous kitchen, and the most comfy cozy couch unlike typical airbnb couches, high quality like I would have in my own home. Excellent lighting! We stayed a full week and won’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend!

Mariana was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful beyond expectation! She decorated the flat beautifully for Christmas and even left presents for the kids, which made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with essentials (including toiletries and kitchen items), and located in a safe building with great amenities. The outdoor area with the pool is fantastic, and the car park felt secure, which was a huge plus. One minor detail is that the living room curtains are see-through, so privacy could be improved since it’s on the ground floor. Also, while the glass doors have temporary security measures, a more permanent fix would be great. All in all, it was a delightful stay. Thank you, Mariana, for going above and beyond—we would happily stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb with a beautiful balcony and great views! I loved the Airbnb building. The air conditioning was great. A lot of fantastic shops, restaurants and street food near the Airbnb! I felt very safe and the Airbnb hosts were quick to respond to messages. I also got great recommendations for restaurants.

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable, very accessible, it only has a small stretch of road that is a gap but it is not very long, the place is super nice, and very well cared for. Easy access and is close to the beach and downtown. I definitely recommend it a lot! In addition to attention 🙌🏻

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful experience. However, getting there was a bit tricky as the road is somewhat complicated, so having a car is definitely a must. Overall, a great place for a Tulum getaway if you're looking for a more secluded jungle vibe!

Great stay. Felt safe. Had a guard at the entrance 24/7. Was very clean and location is extremely close to the beach.

The property is very beautify and loved staying there. It’s like a little oasis! But the road that leads to the property is unpaved and very hard to reach at night. Even during the day time it’s hard to drive. Otherwise it’s very nice!
