Vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

Found the apartment easy ..very close to 5 th ave .. ocean plaza is on the beach unfortunately we were unable to access the beach ..,seaweed was a big problem and boats were anchored there too ..,but we did find lovely beaches 15 mins away with no seaweed ! Alex was amazing and very informative.. apartments were fabulous! There is a massage tent directly outside one apartment so be mindful of the pictures online .. I totally missed those myself ! Seaweed is unfortunately not there problem but be mindful for the time of year you go for this problem ! On the whole we saw gorgeous sunrises from the patio ..

Spectacular, all good services, beds and attention and availability

We went straight to our first air bnb after departing from the airport and it was a total nightmare. Nothing was described as is. We ended up canceling our reservation and Selene was able to accommodate my family of 4 quickly and efficiently. Less than an hour after canceling our previous air bnb and we were all settled into this amazing getaway! House was big and clean - everyone had their own space with air conditioning in every room to keep the family cool while we were on downtime from our activities. At night it is quiet, peaceful and safe. The pool was perfect for cooling off - and balcony was awesome for star gazing. We will be back!!

Amazing home from home, with outstanding restaurants and juice bar within walking distances.

This Villa is beautifully nestled between two major resorts. The house is charmingly decorated, spacious, and with the necessary amenities to accommodate our party of six. The Villa is also conveniently located within a short driving distance of downtown Puerto Morelos where you can buy groceries and find great restaurants and fantastic ice-cream shops. Moreover, Puerto Morelos is a quiet town and safe for families. The Villa owner, Ward, and his property manager, Pilar, are very helpful in answering questions about this rental and things to do in the area. One word of advice would be to ask questions about the sargassum seaweed, which was a constant impairment of beach time for our trip— the last week of April/2023, because of decomposing large amounts of seaweed across the Villa and the constant smell of sulfurous rotting eggs in the air. However, this seems to be worse at certain times of the year, and the steady ocean breeze can bring some relief to the nostrils. Thank you, Ward.

The place has a lot of security and the place is very safe... Everything is very nice and clean. We really liked everyone and we had a great time, we would definitely come back

I cannot understate how amazing our stay was. The place was gorgeous and Tania was a gracious and generous host. She offered us delicious tacos and guac and we had a very fun evening.

Loved this house! Very accessible and close to a lot of shops and stores, it is in a gated community which is a huge plus!
