Condo vacation rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

LOOK NO FURTHER for your vacation! This place exceeded our family of 6 expectation. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, huge comfy beds, 4 large bathrooms, a deck with an amazing view.... you can't ask for anything better. We were greeted with soft music as we entered and right away my kids spotted the @ snack baskets that were left for us. An arrangement of chips, fruit, nuts & pop was the perfect refreshment from our long trip here. Immediately I went to the deck and my jaw dropped at the view. Gorgeous turquoise water. It's on the north part of the island which isn't by the downtown, so it was quiet & peaceful. The water had perfect snorkeling & Courtney had all the gear we needed for that or building castles. The private pool was pristine. Courtney never hesitated to answer my concerns or check in on us during the hurricane. The maid was so sweet & cleaned up after us. The ONLY bad thing was the elevator was out so make sure you can walk 110 steps but trust me... it's WORTH IT!

This place far exceeded expectations and was one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at. There are many small thoughtful details... for example the drinking water machine, the water shoes, the beach toys, sunblock, bug spray, etc. The place was spotless and even better than the pictures. The pool was relaxing and fairly empty. You could relax and watch the dragonflies overhead. Amazingly there were no mosquitoes on the property! The only small nitpick is that sometimes the Internet doesn't fully penetrate into the bedroom and you have to reconnect your device. But it's very minor inconvenience. I would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay. Bailey is an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location right on the beach. It’s immaculate, has great wifi, a beautiful patio with an ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped and the available BBQ grill is a great plus. Anything you need is a short walk away (restaurants, groceries, etc). I highly recommend this property.

Daniel is a great host, very honest and generous in his communication. The place is a perfect little hideout for a solo traveler or a couple, with great A/C, a reasonably comfortable bed, a stocked kitchen, and newer appliances. If you're diving with one of the operators at Marina Fonatur (like Dive with Martin or Tres Pelicanos, both of whom I've worked with and are great) this place is ideal...1 mile to the South, easy to get back-and-forth (you'll need a car--which you can rent from Daniel if you like--or a scooter or something). Anyways, can't say enough about how easy Daniel was to work with. Will definitely return!!

We loved our stay here! The road outside has a pedestrian/bike lane which is great for running or cycling, or walking to and from beach bars. It was close enough to town but far enough away to feel peaceful, and it was great to have snorkelling out the front door. The roof top terrace was incredible and we felt the place had a warm vibe that was even better than the photos. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay at "Summer Place Inn"! Three divers shared the three bedroom apartment with access to the pool, rinse tank for dive gear and rooftop deck with great sunrise and sunset views! The location is very walkable (3 blocks to large grocery) for shopping and restaurants. Our host was very responsive via the AirBnB site when we had any questions. Looking forward to another stay next year!

A wonderful home with great amenities and access to a private beach and water with great snorkeling. We spent a week here and never got tired of waking up to beach views and enjoying coffee on the balcony. The town center is a bit far to walk, but was a quick taxi ride into whenever you needed. Norman and Guillermo were great hosts and were very accommodating! I would book their place again in a heartbeat.

Lori's suite is very well equipped, comfortable and very quiet. Alan provided convenient pick up and solid local recommendations. There was some confusion over the use of the included scooter and Lori cleared this up with very responsive communication. There are a number of good restaurants and snorkeling places nearby. The scooter was essential for getting around.

The unit is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better host. Olivia was super responsive, had everything you could possibly need and went over and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions right away. The unit is clean, spacious, has a great balcony and is well equipped for both adults and for families with kids. The Awa building is also great, it is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and it is easy to get around. Don't hesitate to book with Olivia, we are looking forward to future stays with her.

The building is beautiful, safe and well-appointed. It is right across the street from a convenience store, restaurants, and The unit itself is spacious, clean and bright. Christopher was friendly, welcoming and very responsive. For example, there was an issue with the coffee maker and he delivered a new one ASAP. Check in and out was as easy as could be. This is, of course, not the host's fault but we (and many others) had issues with management repeatedly picking on families with kids for silly things like having little toys in the pool, which is not even a rule. We watched multiple families get scolded while not a word was said to adults next to them breaking actual written rules like drinks in the pool. This was apparently for show for the HOA Board because once their 2-day on-site AGM was over, they stopped, but it left us with the feeling that families are not welcome. Regardless, we did have a wonderful stay here!

We stayed in AWA for five weeks. AWA is a beautiful condo and its location is fabulous.Playacar can be spread out but the unit is across the street from a few restaurants, a great bakery, laundry and most importantly, a convenience store. It is also a 15-20 minute walk from full service grocery stores. Everything was fine with the unit generally, including the attentiveness of the host. The only drawbacks: -not a great supply of kitchenware for a long stay. We left behind about 12-15 glass cups. - the unit is located very close to the playground so the noise can be loud. It should be noted that there are a fair amount of children at AWA, with families traveling during the holidays or vacationing -the master with king bed is located in a loft that is not fully enclosed from the living room. Any noise, even light noise, travels easily up into the master bedroom so you may not want anyone sleeping on the pullout for more than a day or two I would stay again! Great pool and location

This is our second stay at Laura & Edouard’s wonderful oasis! We loved the space and they were extremely great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and they responded immediately (they live in the unit but are very unobtrusive and don’t bother you at all unless you have a concern but at the same time very open and welcoming. They had a taxi driver who took us to dive each day and to the airport at the end of our trip. The bedrooms are large and very well air conditioned. It’s also an excellent value. Would absolutely stay here again. I left a hat and towel the first time I stayed and they saved it for me so I got it on our second visit! This is maybe the fifth place I’ve stayed in Cozumel and it’s definitely my favorite!

Great location within the gated community. Easy access to the beach and 5th. Lovely patio area with a hammock for relaxing. Great, clean apartment! They have lovely property managers who greet you and are very responsive. Large bedrooms/bathrooms. The pictures made it look a bit more modern than what we actually thought it was. BUT, it’s very clean and well taken care of. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Would stay here again.

A truly incredible place, we are 2 minors and 2 adults, we had a very comfortable time, it is very close to pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, loncherias, very safe place

The houses are very nice, spacious, comfortable and fresh. We found everything in order and clean and very well equipped. The location is excellent.

This spot is within the Royal Sunset Fisherman’s Resort, and that’s one of the reasons we love it so much. It has pretty much everything the big resorts have, but it doesn’t have that BIG feeling. It’s a special spot with the best balcony views we’ve found in this price range. It’s a nice walk into town along a gorgeous brick street. The unit has everything we needed to feel right at home. It’s about a four mile round trip walk to the rocks on the beach to the south, and that was perfect for us. The view, the spot, the water, and the beach! Great Place!

This is a superb place. It is nicer than the pictures. Great location, though you'll likely want a car (easy included parking). Beautiful views from the apartment. I always check the few off reviews for well-reviewed places, just in case, and what I noticed for this place were a couple of comments about the firm beds in the back bedroom and lack of privacy. My take: the beds in the back are firm but fine. The mattresses feel like normal, good-quality, comfortable mattresses. Unless you simply can't sleep on a firm mattress, in which case you probably always ask about the mattresses, you should have no problems. The privacy thing is the flip side of all the glass that allows the beautiful views to come in, including in the bathrooms. It wasn't a problem for us, but a few curtains or shades wouldn't hurt. With that out of the way, this place deserves more than five stars. I hope we can return.

The best place to stay in Cozumel, you feel at home and everything you need and more is inside the apartment. It has all the amenities. We rented a car to be able to get places but it was fine! I hope I can come back here soon enough!

Better than the photos. Layout is very sensible, beautiful view, nice comfortable balcony- with outdoor fans, wonderful large ensuite master bedroom with spectacular view and direct access to balcony. I liked the location, peaceful and still a short drive to town. And only 15 minute drive to the marina to meetup with the dive boats. Small easy to access reef directly in front of the of property with decent snorkelling. At night we saw octopuses (octopi?), spotted eal, puffer fish. That was a nice surprise. Deborah (and David) were great hosts. All in all a great place to stay. You wont be disappointed.

The place is beautiful!!! The pool is refreshing, and the view is amazing! The issue we had was not having Wi-Fi on the first night. However, Alex the guest service person assigned to us, was very attentive and got it fixed the next day. Any issue you have or recommendations for your stay just ask Alex.

This condo unit is wonderful. The condo is very clean and has a great living room & balcony area; ideal for relaxing after a day of excursions. The condo complex is across the street from wonderful restaurants. 5th avenue is a 15 minute walk from the complex. Petite is very prompt and responsive; she met us in the lobby to ensure a smooth check-in. I will definitely come back for a future stay!

Hosts were exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. I recommend staying at the Playacar only with a rented car, willing to pay for the cab or getting to know the golf cart driver. The Playacar is very peaceful but has its quirks as it is very large and very secure gated community. Host is kind enough to offer their own beach club access. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again. (Place could use some paint touchups and could benefit from a mosquito killer)
