Great place, great and beautiful neighborhood

Christian Omar is an outstanding host with beautiful properties! My wife and I exclusively stay with Christian when we travel to Rosarito. 10 out of 10 every time!

We had such a beautiful stay! The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the pool and beach combo made for the perfect getaway. We especially loved walking along the beach to Zippers, grabbing a drink to go, and enjoying it in the hot tub. This is the ideal budget-friendly spot for anyone who prioritizes a resort-like experience with stunning ocean views and easy beach access. Plus, Stephanie was a super friendly and accommodating host, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Dee’s place met all our needs for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication with Dee was smooth and easy, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. It was a convenient and reliable place to stay—we’d definitely consider booking again!

My husband, two teens, and I had a wonderful stay at the casa! The location was perfect; very close to the beach and easily walkable to the restaurants, shops, and the town center (port side). We rented a car for exploring the area and always found street parking near the casa. Our condo was well equipped; it even had a crock pot that was very useful to us. We were very grateful to have access to the bikes and beach gear! Highly recommend snorkeling and fishing in Puerto Morelos! Just connect with the guides directly at the dock and be willing to negotiate. This is a much better deal (and more personal experience) than going through a third party. We also drove to Akumal (about one hour) to snorkel with sea turtles - amazing! We visited several cenotes and I’d highly recommend this as well! The casa provided a comfortable and lovely home away from home! Thank you, Jim, for helping us with our reservation, and Amanda, for being a kind and attentive host!

Wendy was very communicative and helped us with all our needs. Place was great and master bed so comfy.

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The communication was excellent, the condo was lovely and the surroundings couldn't be beat!

The place was beautiful. We had some minor issues on arrival due to the previous guest breaking one of the glass windows to the sliding door, but they were able to fix the door and tried to accommodate the stay as best as they could due to the circumstances. Overall, they were very helpful and kind in communicating different things in their booking instructions such as restaurants, popular places, etc. The location is in a beautiful area if you don't mind the hills during your walks. Uber was very easy to use and had no issues finding the Airbnb's location. The community pool was beautiful as well. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Russell’s place is amazing! Right in the beach with all of the basics that you need for a fun getaway. The resort has some really nice amenities! (Pool, games, bar, restaurant) and everyone we met was super friendly. We highly recommend.

It is very good, in my case it was a short time but I had everything, very good view that was what I called the attention of the place. Close to everything.

Our second time at La Palapa. My kids always beg us to come back here. They love the pool that's just the right size for them. We love the short walk to the beach and the ability to walk into town (easy walk to El Buzo, our favorite ceviche place or to the Cocos Preparados next to Jessy's Seafood.) We enjoyed the cute little dog following us to the beach- a nice companion. The landscaping around the pool and grounds is really fun and funky and well maintained. Only thing I wish was there were some cleaning supplies in the condo, like a broom and spray cleaner to use. With 3 kids dragging in sand I wanted to sweep up. A few more towels, or pool towels, would also be awesome. Sliding door leading into the home is also very hard to open, but we managed just fine. Overall, we will be back again and again.

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Barbara was a dream to work with - super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described - refreshingly light, bright, cute and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms was also an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and pool towels (something we’ve had issues with at other rentals). And being able to walk up one flight of stairs to the pool was super convenient. The condo was also a 10 minute walk to the quiet end of Medano beach (I timed it). We would have no issues renting again however, the neighborhood isn’t very walkable (lots of construction, dusty, not many places to eat) and the Oxxo next door is awesome but does not sell beer/liquor (you have to go up a bit further to the Mini-Super instead). This wasn’t a big deal for us, it just meant a bit more Ubering.

The apartment was nice and really clean! It was exactly as described and check in was easy! Lu was very nice and communication was great! Definitely would recommend!

Good location, great view, Jorge was quick to respond to my messages and we couldn't be more comfortable in the place.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!
