The host was kind and friendly, and always quick to respond. The apartment had everything I needed. Everything was great.

The apartment was everything we expected and had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was ideal. Plenty of room to move around comfortably and felt homey. We used the stairs to work off all the pasta and bread we ate but had a lift to use as well. We used the bikes that were provided to ride around town. What a fun experience. Thank you for everything, we hope to return one day and would definitely stay in this apartment again!

We stayed at Paolo's place for about 1.5 months. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The linens were super clean and the towels were awesome. We loved the towel warmers in the bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and very convenient to all the sights in Lucca. Paolo was a great host and both he and his daughter greeted us at checkin. The were both very responsive when we had questions. When we return to Lucca we will definitely stay at Paolo's place.

Sabrina met us outside to check in. She was really friendly. Lovely bright and clean apartment with everything we needed. Great recommendations in guide book. We thought it might be noisy on New Year’s Eve, but it was quiet and we had a great sleep in a really comfortable bed. Would recommend.
