Monthly Rentals in Seattle

Wonderful place for my longer term stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, cozy, and tidy. The amenities available had me feeling right at home as well. A very ideal spot close to public transit, shops, restaurants, and parks. Greatly enjoyed having my own parking space as well! The host Shannon was friendly, readily responsive to my inquiries, and checked in to make sure all my needs were being met. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely apartment to live and work in. I stayed for a month. The pretty neighborhood of Queen Anne — with lots of good restaurants (try the Vietnamese pho place) — is up the hill, grocery stores are a walk away, and it's easy to access a long running trail near the water. The living room of this house looks out onto a surprisingly lovely foliage-covered hill, and I found it a peaceful place to work. When I had an issue with the kitchen sink, the owners were very helpful and got it sorted right out for me in no time. Great place, great location, great value. Highly recommended, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The unit was clean and spacious in an awesome neighborhood. Parks and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We were in the process of moving during our stay and this became a comfortable home away from home. I particularly appreciated being able to use the full-sized washer and dryer.

The unit is very well equipped, literally has everything you might need. It’s like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Linda is so helpful and quickly responsive. We will definitely come back next time when we visit Seattle.
