Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were real pluses. Not to mention all the little touches that Carlo had for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The accommodation is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Absolut amazing Time in Luna her airbnb, beautiful view from the Apartment, easy walking distance to the heart of Monaco. Will be coming back!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

Evelyne is kind. She is very responsive and gives good advice to make sure the stay goes as well as possible. Place with a magnificent view. Peace and relaxing. We would highly recommend
