Salvia was a great host and was very responsive any time I had a question. I would highly recommend her beautiful apartment. Really nice outdoor courtyard, beds were comfortable and large kitchen and bathroom. Attractions were very walkable from the apartment.

We had wonderful time here. This place is like a museum, elegant and beautiful. Highly recommend for those who wanna enjoy peaceful beautiful nature time in Florence. Check in and out is simple, host is thoughtful, location is great, 20 minutes walking to bus stop and around ten minutes of bus journey to city center.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

We absolutely loved our stay with Roberto’s parents, and it became the most memorable part of our trip to Italy. They were so friendly and welcoming that it felt like we were staying with family and I even teared up at the train station when we had to leave!! The space was perfect for us for the few days we were in Poggibonsi and it was very easy to get to the surrounding towns with a bus or train ticket (without a car). The amount and variety of recommendations that Pierro and Dolli provided us was amazing and extremely helpful. You could basically plan your whole week using them! They go above and beyond as hosts to make sure you are cared for and welcomed, and we can’t wait for the day that we get to go back!

the room is just as described in the photos. we were very comfortable. the bed is good, the bathroom is a little small, especially the shower. but it had everything. the entrance to the room without problem Francesco immediately indicated how to enter. he gave us a few directions for dinner, lunch or drinks. super attentive when you needed some indication for anything. the stay is very good. the only thing bad that being on the first floor you can hear all the street noises above all the bar downstairs. We still slept very well

The place is cozy but quite spacious. More like your own place than a standard hotel room. The T1 tram is clearly on schedule and will quickly get you to the city center, other historical sites or train stations (3 pieces). The presence of a cafe-Caldana for breakfast, also adds points. Recommended.

My wish to find a pleasant place to explore Tuscany by bike and car has been confirmed - quiet, away from the hustle and bustle (a recommended trattoria is within walking distance!), with lots of greenery, but above all a pleasant and accommodating hostess who always has tips on the area ready. All in all, an accommodation to feel at home!

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

B&B Renate is a beautiful place to relax and linger. It feels like you're coming home to friends. In addition to the ingenious breakfast, Hennie cooked us with wonderful food, for a small extra charge. The rooms are exactly as beautiful as in the pictures and everything is made with a lot of love for detail. We would recommend the B&B to everyone. We've had the best Airbnb stay here so far.

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

Warm hosts. We felt super comfortable and our dog was also warmly welcomed everywhere. The house is super nice and nicely furnished. Our room was clean, had great furniture and a cozy bed. There was also air conditioning and a fan. The house is located on a road. With closed windows and air conditioning, however, nothing is noticeable here. The breakfast was super delicious. (Mostly sweet) Coffee with warm milk was also available. Sausage came from our own butcher shop. (One house away) Large garden available, but we did not use it. Ideal starting point for the Chianti region, as well as beautiful mountain villages such as San Gimignano and Volterra. We felt super comfortable and the communication was always fast, super nice and very warm. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Christina for our vacation in Italy. Christina's home was beautiful and a perfect place for staying. Christina and her two dogs were also very welcoming and we quickly felt at home.

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

We had a great time with our two dogs at Sabrina's house. Everything was very clean and according to the photos and descriptions. The breakfast was wonderful, and the facilities were incredible, well maintained, with stunning views and a fantastic pool!! Thank you Sabrina for your kindness, we had a great time!!

We loved our stay at Stefano’s place. It was a beautiful room and bathroom and very quiet and peaceful. Air conditioning was very good and very welcome in the heat wave. Gabriella was an attentive host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants. She was also a good cook - breakfast featured delicious cakes! Capannori was a good base to explore the area from. We did day trips to Lavorna and Pisa as well as La Spezia and Cinque Terra. Highly recommend staying at La fornace del Sole.

Undoubtedly the best place in Tuscany . Very satisfied . The hostess of the villa is an amazing woman. I met and spent as family . If you need a real vacation, I recommend coming here .

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

We were very comfortable at Lorenzo's, both Lorenzo and his sister were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a great time staying there. Comfortable rooms and bathroom, very clean and well equipped. We had a little trouble in the kitchen with the stove, but Lorenzo was helpful in solving it right away. Highly recommended, very enjoyable stay. We are thankful!

Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

This is definitely a good choice for Florence, the host is very friendly, very welcoming, snacks and breakfast will be provided for guests

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.
