The perfect place for a few quiet and relaxing days in nature. Valladolid can be reached within 12 minutes by car.

Great stay! The house is on the edge of Valladolid, so it'd be a little tougher to stay without a rental car or at least bikes, but it is right on a nice bike/walk path. There's some street noise, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms completely drown it out, we all slept great. The bedrooms have fans and quality A/C, the living/dining room just have fans. The beds were comfortable, the house was cleaned spotlessly, and the furniture and appliances were all in great shape. Arturo was amazingly responsive and kind with anything we needed. And the backyard and pool are just as beautiful as they look in the photos, if not more. We'd definitely stay here again!

I’ll give it 5/5 overall but there pros and cons Pros: your own pool! A/C with comfy bed Kitchenette that’s funcional Close to Va-y-ven buses+frequent taxis Options for food and an OXXO walking distance Cons: You’re in a jungle so expect cockroaches and other insects 😂 You need to clean the pool often because of falling leaves so at least the give you the cleaning net The shower head is not fully working it’s kind of loose but that’s just a maintenance request for them to fix the shower 🙏🏽 Overall it’s worth the price and for what you get I’d come again!

we had a lovely stay at this accommodation, as if we were at home, the pool allowed us to enjoy even more, the house is large and the garden is very nice, we had everything we needed, maybe it takes a few extra items to cook but otherwise it was our best place during our holidays!

Place was spacious and comfortable. We loved the hammocks, plunge pool, and outdoor sitting area. Also very walkable to restaurants and shops.

we had a great stay at Martina 's. the apartment is nicely decorated with small intentions: drinks available in the fridge, it was appreciated when we arrived. Close to the city center, we were close to all shops. perfect stay. we will be back.

The host is always attentive at all times, the arrival was flexible, we easily located the place and it is in a very neutral point to be able to move easily to the center and emblematic places, it is undoubtedly a very good place to stay!

The house is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We had a great time in the shared area, which is very well equipped. A very peaceful and cozy place to rest after a day of walking. Although it is about 10 minutes from the center by car, it is easy to get to if you use the Google instructions. There are shops nearby going out to the main avenue. He was usually aware of any questions or needs. We liked it a lot, we would definitely come back.
