⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable family getaway with the best Airbnb host ever! We had an incredible stay at Sacha’s beautiful, modern home — it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect temperature and great for cooling off and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from a fantastic beach club that made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how centrally located the home was for visiting other beaches, local attractions, and even exploring the nearby pyramids. It truly felt like the best of all worlds. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the host, Sacha. From the moment we booked, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He provided excellent dining and activity recommendations and responded to every question promptly —

Mariel’s house was perfect and very spacious for our group of 6 for the week. Comfortable beds, big clean living spaces, excellent bathrooms, and the best location. We loved sitting outside everyday watching the boats pass by. We opted for several meals from Mary and Sara, and we can’t recommend them enough. Their food and drinks were delicious! They were very attentive, but not intrusive, with a high level of service. Mariel was also helpful with arranging/recommending airport transportation and golf cart rental. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful spring break at Casa Grande. It's an amazing place, looks even better than the pictures and very spacious and roomy. Location was ideal - there are no houses in front of it, so you get an un-interrupted view of the sea which we never got tired of. The beach in front was amazing, and had very less seaweed while we were there, and it got cleaned up I think on a weekly basis. Restaurants, shops along the famous 5th avenue were a short 10-15 walk away along a very peaceful and secure gated community. And for days where we were tired from hanging out at the beach, Uber eats was always a convenient option. Mercedes and her team were excellent hosts - very responsive and quick to resolve a couple of minor improvements we suggested. We loved our time there, and would love to come back and stay at this property in future.

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys in our mid-30s for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for all of us and there was even space for people to break off from the group and relax in the quiet for a bit when needed. The rooftop pool/splash area was amazing, could walk everywhere (beach, clubs), restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to the nightclubs around the corner, and to the beach during the day. Both are less than a minute away! You can hear the clubs at night but we didn't care at all, it added to the vibes. If you're looking for a place for a bachelorette/bachelor party, this is your spot. Yanet and her team were absolutely amazing. We checked out most of Yanet's recommendations and they were amazing! Carolina Beach Club, book a yacht, and highly recommend using the private chef called Tasty Nomads to enjoy a wonderful meal on the roof at the Villa. The place is clean, and security, Carlos, was awesome! Perfect stay! 10/10, will visit again!

This is the second time we stayed in Costa del Sol. My family and I loved this area! There is a dock for any boat to us pick up on. There is a parking spot for a rental car if needed. Security on property 24/7 so always felt safe to let my young child run freely. Enrique, the concierge was extremely helpful full and attentive to all our needs and wants. This house was fully equipped with everything needed, not only kitchen items but children’s beach toys. The only downside was the beds being harder than we are used to but that is our personal opinion. Thanks Rodrigo and Amber for the lovely stay.

Erika's place was an excellent location for us. Easy and safe walking distance to everything we wanted. Real plus that Chou Chou Cafe is next door and a wonderful fruit market ( DAC, Verduras y Frutas) with breakfast/lunch attached, was a short walk away. The home was spacious, and the big rooftop thatched lanai was a huge plus for us. Kitchen was well stocked with every type of dishes. Beds were comfy, closets big, and AC worked very well. There were ceiling fans and a safe too! The backyard is very pretty and the small, shallow kiddie pool was great to cool off at the end of a hot, humid day in PDC. Hosts had great and quick communication. We were very glad to have full size washer & dryer and large water dispenser. We felt very secure here! My only personal wish list: exhaust fans in the bathrooms, little bit bigger, deeper pool, cleaning service included after one full week and a bit of bathroom sink updating. Regardless, I definitely recommend.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

This is one you don’t want to miss if you’re looking for ocean front in Tulum. And if you don’t take advantage of Eric and Paula who live in a casita next to house you’re crazy. Eric is an exceptional chef and cooked for us everyday. And you can’t go to a restaurant for anything near having him prepare fine dining. David was informative from the beginning and everything there was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again to David, Eric and Paula for making this a memorable vacation.

Our family loved our stay at this Gina and Andy's villa. Gina was very responsive from the time of booking until we left. She gave us great recommendations regarding transfer services and places to eat. Their housekeeper, Cerafina, was wonderful! We arranged for her to cook meals for us - breakfast and dinner - for multiple days. Her meals were amazing and very cost effective. This was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Our family of seven would all highly recommend having her cook for you! The house was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms but works wonderfully. Great location and we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely return!

This place was a gem! So much space. The pool was incredible and hearing the waterfall into the cenote all day really added a feeling of peace. The only real problem was that there was only one modem in one villa so if you need to work remotely, make sure you stay in the correct house!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

I am SO happy that we found Villa de Paz. Scott and crew at Akumal Direct were wonderful hosts in every way. We came with a group of 12 and the home perfectly accommodated all of us. The feeling of the home is relaxed and retreat-like. The neighborhood very quiet, and the construction on the adjacent property was not too interruptive of our time at the home (mornings till about 10, and afternoons after 5) The house staff was such a blessing for me in particular. It was so wonderful to come home to a clean and tidy place EVERY DAY! Dishes DONE! Please come prepared to tip these wonderful people! The lagoon access was incredible, so take advantage of it in the early morning or late afternoon. You will have it almost all to yourself. A short, pleasant walk. Glorious! Take advantage of the grocery delivery service, too, through Riviera Maya Grocery Delivery. It was so wonderful to have a stocked kitchen on the night of our arrival.

We loved our stay at Casa La Vie! It was a great home base for our group of 7 adults for a week. It's spacious and very clean. An ideal vacation house. The housekeeper, Norma, was lovely. Our host Rhett was very responsive. We paid the additional $300/week for the heating of the pool, but there were issues (and apparently had been for the group before us as well). We ended up only getting a couple days of a warm pool water. There was construction going on at the property next door, but once we turned on some music it wasn't super noticeable. The outdoor grill worked great, but beware there are mosquitos after dusk. The rocky private beach within walking distance is nice and quiet. We also enjoyed Akumal & Xpu-ha beaches (the casa is conveniently located in the middle of the two, a brief drive North or South respectively). We'll definitely consider returning for our family vacation next year. Gracias!

My husband, children and grandchildren had a wonderful time staying here. The place is perfectly situated, within 5 walking minutes to the beach but tucked away in lush vegetation and quiet. The house is spacious with lots of places to gather but also to find privacy. We learned the ropes of getting from Playacar to the Main Street of playa del Carmen and then beyond. We walked around the very safe neighborhood and enjoyed the Mayan ruins and local flora and fauna. The house and garden were cleaned everyday leaving us free to relax and explore. Moy was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is a perfect place to enjoy Playacar and also to explore the many local attractions. It could not have been better!

The house was fantastic. It really is a wonderful retreat away from the hectic nature of Tulum the city, or the Tulum hotel zone. Both were super close but we loved the ability to retreat to a private hideaway after our excursions. Having a pool was a spectacular bonus. The beach is rocky and at other locations the beach tends to have a seaweed challenge. The option to longer and swim at the house was really great. Also really enjoyed that it was very windy while we visited. The constant air through the house was both lovely cool when it was over 80F, but also kept away any bugs. While I can see how mosquitoes could be a challenge, we had none because of the winds. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Main house was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Beautiful home, meticulously maintained, perfectly decorated, comfortably furnished & stocked with everything you could want, including numerous books to borrow. Pool was refreshing. The landscape & grounds were exceptional. Bikes included were in excellent condition. Staff was sweet. We didn’t have a car, just pre arranged for airport transfers which worked perfect. We’d been to Akumal before and this trip we only wanted to enjoy the immediate neighborhood. Lagoon a 4 minute stroll away. Enough restaurants within easy walk to work for us. Pre booking communication was speedy & very helpful. We hope to return. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location. 2-3 min walk to beach/restaurants and shops. Manned security for entry. The condo itself was very comfortable with a great shared pool with less than 20 other units. Parking is in a private garage. It is a busy area with some noise, but I slept through the night as did those with me. I stayed with my two children and it was great with plenty of room to spread out and take a break from travels. It was a pleasant find in Playa.

I had a very nice stay. Don Orlando was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and it was very spacious.

Place is as described and all necessary information provided well in advance. Stress free booking and stay. Will consider coming back for sure.

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!
