Lucia was a very friendly and attentive person at all times. Your apartment is very well located if you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Everything was super!.

The place is comfortable, it has a lot of order. It has quite privacy. The whole time they were looking out for us. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in their home. The place is perfect for 2 people. The private one is very nice and safe. We were able to receive all necessary food orders. It has accessibility to reach a very nice plaza. It was always easy to get. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here during a short visit to the US consulate. It was a short walk to get there, and there was a very good Egyptian restaurant right around the corner. It was nice to be close to the stadium as well as there was a lot going on there in the evenings. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. All residents were super friendly and the pool was a great social place to be. The condo had all the basic necessities. Transportation in the area was super accessible which made it very easy and affordable to travel to the nearby towns.

Our stay there was great, our hosts were very accommodating and it was in a great location. The only things I would recommend is maybe a full mirror with bright lighting and a place to hang your clothes in the closet. The Wi-Fi was super fast, the pool was beautiful as well as the apartment .

The apartment is so nice and clean, feel like home. The common areas like the terrace pool needs maintenance tasks and bugs exterminating.

The accommodation was quite comfortable with the amenities more than enough, Mr. Manuel's attention was otherwise excellent and warm. We appreciate all the attention, I highly recommend it

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time there. It is a bit far from everything, had to take an Uber but they're reasonable in Merida. Small issue at check in that was resolved quickly because my friend speaks spanish. All in all great stay.

A good host. Always responded to me in a timely manner. Even in the middle of the early morning. Always attentive. And the stays every day you go by, it gives you an improvement in the accommodation. Altamemte recomemable. If they won't bring cart. It takes the Vayven a block away... And that gives the location a plus. Discreet on the outside, very equipped and enjoyable inside. Thank you

The place is far from downtown but a very nice neighborhood and a nearby strip mall with good restaurants. The apartment was great

This stay was just as described, and we couldn’t have been happier there. Oswaldo was immediately responsive to any needs that arose. The entrance security team staff are helpful, friendly and wonderful. The apartment is like new and is as pictured and described. Nicely equipped kitchen with all we needed to cook*. The bed is firm and comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels and closet space. Rain shower with plenty of hot water and great AC. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (there will always be a barking dog wherever you stay in Mexico, jajaja). Soriana and Super Aki supermarkets are equally close and walkable, as well as a laundry one block away. Many bus routes nearby. If you’re staying a while familiarize yourself with Va y Ven buses. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off from the Yucatan heat. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay. We had no concerns walking anywhere in the neighborhood at night, or anywhere in Merida for that matter.
