Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

We loved the studio in PDC, it was perfectly located, close to all the action, grocery store and great bars and restaurants around. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The studio is very close to the beach, very clean and comfortable!

I stayed here for two nights, I was suppose to stay 5 but had to cut trip short for a family emergency. Fernando was very accepting of my situation. The place itself is great and I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

Hosts are friendly, helpful, responsible and answered our questions right away. They really try their best. Apartment was clean and we felt welcomed like home. Place has a lot of things to offer. Beautiful swimming pool on top of the roof. 5th Ave and restaurants around are great. Thank you for having us. Definitely we will be back.

Great place to stay!! Easy to get around. Not too crowded. Ideal place to stay for peace and quiet. Away from the gauntlet of tourist spots and loud night clubs. Great place to relax.

I thought this was the perfect spot. I honestly don’t have any complaints and I’m glad there is a gym and pool along with A/C and laundry on site

The unit is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better host. Olivia was super responsive, had everything you could possibly need and went over and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions right away. The unit is clean, spacious, has a great balcony and is well equipped for both adults and for families with kids. The Awa building is also great, it is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and it is easy to get around. Don't hesitate to book with Olivia, we are looking forward to future stays with her.

Excellent service, we had a problem with the second sheet but there was no issue to repair it and from there everything was fine, we had everything at hand, the washing machine was excellent which was a plus and the AC was very good, I would come back here without hesitation

The condo had everything we needed to be at our most comfortable during our stay. Beautiful entrance, secure and super friendly security guards at the gate, excellent ambassador to greet us, show us the condo, and who was also very responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful pool in the center courtyard, as well as tennis / pickle ball courts within the property. Short walk through the jungle and Fase 1 to get to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. Recommend!

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

I usually forget to leave reviews but I had to leave one for this place. This was PERFECT for my family and both Olu and Armida were amazing. Thank you for hosting us and allowing our family to make memories at your place…we will be back for sure!!!

When we entered the place, it felt like home for the next couple of weeks. Spacious and convenient, suitable for families or couples, the apartment has everything you need and more. During our stay, maintenance was handled by a management company that was attentive and very kind, and the owner was just a message away. The building is well-maintained, with a working elevator and a gorgeous pool. It's a 5-minute walk from Mega and Walmart, and an 8-minute walk from 5th Avenue. This place is one of those that you know you want to come back to. Thank you!

It was an amazing house in a very private area. The amenities were great, just like described and the contact with the support team was very clear and they were always very friendly and quickly to react.

What a nice safe stay for a family. With the pool in front of the house, it's perfect for the return from the beach. Spacious and beautiful! A large fridge and everything for the kitchen. Thank you for your kind and caring approach Bely! We used the umbrella, chairs, cooler and beach towels almost every day. I would highly recommend this place to stay and have a great vacation time. There are so many things to do! We rented a car and enjoyed several beaches and activities of 15-40 minutes by car. The good life! Thanks again.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

My family and I had a great time at Oswaldo’s home! Angie was very helpful during the entire trip and gave us many suggestions and recommendations. We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community the house is located in! Would definitely come back again! (:
