Great location for a great price! Her apartment looks just like the pictures- even bigger in person. We loved the location- it was close to the train and all the sights. She was very communicative and responded quickly.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Tonin was friendly, he gave us a nice reception and always responded quickly to questions. The apartment was spacious and very pretty, and the view from the roof terrace had outstanding views of the city. The location can't be better if you want to explore the historic city center of Parma. Very good bed with lovely bed linens. Please note that the apartment is not well soundproofed and one can experience noise from the street and work in the street from early morning.

a beautiful and cozy structure in a quiet area and provided within walking distance of the center. the owner was courteous and always present. a place I recommend and hope to revisit on my next trips to Parma.
