Gianni has one of the most amazing homes in Parma. The location could not be more central, and he did an amazing job of helping me check in and provide amazing local recommendations. If ever in a Parma, I would love to stay here again. Immaculate place with every for a comfortable stay. WiFi was huge for me and working. Well-stocked apartment in a really very strategic location, with all services, practically in the center offers great rest, proximity to all the interesting places in Parma and great as a solution for those who work. Bright and quiet, equipped with everything. The very exceptional host, very kind and really proved to be one of the best I've encountered over the years I've used this platform. Excellent value for money, in short, we recommend both for short stays and for medium-term stays for vacation or business reasons.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location for a great price! Her apartment looks just like the pictures- even bigger in person. We loved the location- it was close to the train and all the sights. She was very communicative and responded quickly.

Paolo was very kind, from the moment of booking until the time of check-out, beautiful house, with a large garden, hot and cold pool, possibility of grilling and also a very nice huge dog who kept us company and played with us for the duration of the stay. Paolo and his family have always been very helpful and very patient with us. We were left a lot of freedom to manage us as we wanted, without too many constraints and in fact, Paolo helped us a lot in doing the activities we had planned. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a couple of days away from the urban chaos of Parma, but without having to take refuge in a few homes away from the hills. My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm.
