Waterfront vacation rentals in Ohio River

A historic place that was clean and within walking distance of so many places to visit. Our host was very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Amy's airbnb is in a great location. Right on the New River. I could sit on the deck and hear the falls/rapids. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of spices, coffee and tea. The wifi was excellent. Amy made sure all was comfortable. It snowed one day while I was there and early in the morning she placed ice melt on the stairs. I will go again.

I am beyond grateful to have found Deni’s space for my twice-yearly writing retreats. As a return guest, and someone who had the pleasure of meeting Deni and getting to talk with her a little bit, I cannot recommend this listing and host enough. The unit is clean, cozy, peaceful, and has a perfect creative vibe. Deni is responsive and thoughtful, checking in on the app just the right amount and making sure guests are aware of important details like weather or road conditions that might impact their stay. I’m already looking forward to the next time I can get away for a stay at Water’s Edge!

The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

We had an excellent Labor Day weekend. The cottage met our needs and kept us comfortable while we boated, swam, ate, and participated in the Indian Lake Ring of Fire festivities (with LED “torches”). Thanks Kent for the hospitality, and thank your brother for the quick and friendly communication!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. Our family had a wonderful stay at Dock Holiday. The view was stunning and the house had so much space and everything we needed. We look forward to another family get together there in the future!

This is the 2nd time we stayed in Ruth's Airbnb house. We were very pleased with the house and property. There were 7 of us and the sleeping arrangements was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We ate out one night at a local restaurant and cooked steaks on the gas grill the next night. She has an outdoor lp firepit that looked brand new. The weather was perfect. I walked down to the lake and saw a white pelican. In the front yard we saw several deer. We even played cornhole from her game collections in the garage.

Stayed at Kari’s place for the weekend and had a wonderful time with my family. I definitely would book with her again! She was very proactive with instructions and flexible with check in/out times. The house was super clean and the view from the back porch was beautiful! We also had great weather and were able to use the kayaks that were available. Made some great memories.

I travelled from Illinois to meet family from Alabama for Thanksgiving. It cut everyone's travel time in half. We brought with us all of our groceries and made all our traditional Thanksgiving favorites in the well equipped kitchen. We spent 2 days enjoying family time with a view of the lake. The last night we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. One other comment everyone had was the excellent quality and number of towel available.

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Firstly, this air b&b was much bigger than expected. There was more than enough space for my friends and I to spread out. All of our bedrooms were very spacious, and the common area was huge! Secondly, the space was very clean and had linens, dishes, etc. Our only complaint was the noise. This condo complex is located right in between two major freight train tracks and therefore it was very noisy early in the mornings, including the weekends. However, I would still recommend this home as it was not too far from Broadway and about a 20 minute/10 minute Uber ride away.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Brittany's place was exactly as described and made for a great stay. Easy check-in and good location, as Broadway is within walking distance (or a short/cheap Uber ride away) and also close to some great restaurants in Germantown. Kitchen was stocked with water bottles and snacks and the bathroom had all the toiletries you could need.

Great place to stay, short walk to downtown. Clean and well stocked with the basics. Parking is great! Would recommend black-out curtains in the bed room but other than that, great place. Thanks so much! Highly recommended!

Great place with great location. Nice and close to broadway. Jordan was fast to communicate anything I asked. Will definitely use again in the future.
