Fantastic place to stay and very convenient. I would say one thing that could be improved is adding additional towels and some more kitchen related utensils for cooking would be appreciated. Otherwise great (:

Great spot and great building! I love the gym that they have. Clean and easy. Don’t forgot your phone going in and out!!! Everything is locked and unlocked through an app on your phone. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment and quiet community, good location, around 10mins drive from the busy area. Sam is very nice and friendly, tiny cleaning issue got fixed very quickly, don’t have much time to try the gym, but I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to come to Dayton.

My daughter and I had a superb stay at Bekah's condo. Bekah shared great info before check-in and offered really helpful suggestions for exploring Nashville, including the best ways to get around. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great coffee selection on offer, just as the pictures showed in the listing. We cannot fault our stay and would recommend this property to others. The neighborhood was walkable and easy to get to restaurants and markets without any hassle. We loved the view and quiet surroundings! I was highly impressed by David's condo in Nashville. The location was not too far from the nightlife and also near many different stores for shopping. The rooms were highly spacious and many beds for sleeping. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Bathrooms were clean as well.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was exactly what was shown in the photos. The view was beautiful and there was easy access to the ski slope. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub in the clubhouse!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Aaron is a great host and has an amazing home. Everything you need for a visit is in the house from TV with nice speakers, great beds/sheets, coffee machine, gym equipment, dishwasher, washing machine and many more key things for a visit. Easy to park and a short walk to campus. Will definitely be staying again!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Restful on Rhody! Everything was as described in the listing, but it had an even homier feel than expected. This was the perfect accommodation for us for a few days while in Tennessee! Theresa is a thoughtful hostess who has equipped her home with all the things a traveler may need. In addition to helpful instructions for the home, there were menus, lists of restaurants and hiking trails, even coffee and condiments in the spacious kitchen! I highly recommend it!

The house is very clean and comfortable. I grew up down the alley from there so I know the neighborhood well! The little touches around the house like the snacks, games, etc are much appreciated for the grandchildren.

It was a decent house! Was convenient! Only down fall I saw was that they didn’t have a bigger bed in the other room. Everything else was nice!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were very clean, and there was even a Christmas tree up for the holidays! The basement had a door and the main part of the house was all one level so it was easy to baby proof and very kid friendly. It is a duplex but the home and neighborhood is very quiet. The location is close to lots of restaurants and shops and the highway. Daniel was very responsive to messages.

This stay was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this space for anyone, but especially for a larger group of people. A group of us got together for alumni weekend at Ohio State and Pete's location was perfect! The home is pristine and every detail has been considered. Our party of 10 all had a bed to sleep on and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen/living room space is the perfect gathering spot indoors. The outdoor space is truly magical! The pool and hot tub were essential for our stay (in late October) and the outdoor fireplaces were also great gathering spots. This home allowed us to visit and catch up without having to go out all the time for our trip. The location is perfect - it is close to OSU as well as the interstate if you need to get anywhere in Columbus. Pete was an outstanding host. He was responsive almost immediately if we had any questions and went out of his way to show us how to utilize more complicated things. I hope we can return soon!
