Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ohio River

Fantastic place to stay and very convenient. I would say one thing that could be improved is adding additional towels and some more kitchen related utensils for cooking would be appreciated. Otherwise great (:

My stay at Dana's place was fantastic! Dana and Alexander were great hosts - super helpful, very responsive, and they worked with me for my early arrival. The location of the Airbnb was perfect - so many great locations were walkable! I would definitely consider staying again the next time I'm in Nashville!

Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

the apartment was excellent, location was perfect a lot to do within less than a mile. pretty much in the center of everything. the space was clean roomy and extremely comfortable. we will look for it next time we visit Indianapolis.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. Well located along the Monon trail so it was close to restaurants, shopping and great walking along the trail. Brenda was very responsive when we ran into an issue with the key fob. She was so helpful and so kind. I would highly recommend this unit!

Nice, clean, good location with great amenities for kids, and the only negative....a little pricey and checkout too early for this third shifter! Would definitely stay again though!

Lovely apartment and quiet community, good location, around 10mins drive from the busy area. Sam is very nice and friendly, tiny cleaning issue got fixed very quickly, don’t have much time to try the gym, but I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to come to Dayton.

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

Todd’s place was an absolute gem. Being able to look out onto the River and then walk to Broadway for festivities was incredible. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Thanks again.

Great apartment in a great location. Ideal for me and my work colleague. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. Parking downstairs was great too.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! The 3 bathrooms with showers came in handy for a group of 8. The decor was super cute for photos. David was great at answering any questions we had very promptly. would stay here again!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Was perfect place for son and I. Did pool and Hottub Friday night and walked to slopes for skiing on Saturday. Ideal for anyone wanting to experience Sugar plus some amenities. Hope to do again and will definitely stay here again.

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Great place to stay that was convenient for our visit to VA Tech. We enjoyed the workout area in the garage.

We had such a lovely stay at Restful on Rhody! Everything was as described in the listing, but it had an even homier feel than expected. This was the perfect accommodation for us for a few days while in Tennessee! Theresa is a thoughtful hostess who has equipped her home with all the things a traveler may need. In addition to helpful instructions for the home, there were menus, lists of restaurants and hiking trails, even coffee and condiments in the spacious kitchen! I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved Zach’s home! We were traveling with a toddler for her older sisters dance competition and this house met all of our needs. We did have to do some baby proofing in order to keep the beautiful decorations safe and sound. Zach provided a playpen which she slept in with ease both nights. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the black out curtains were much appreciated. Everything was spotless when we arrived and so close to our destination. We felt bad that we didn’t get to clean up as good as we usually do with said toddler messing things up as we went but we truly enjoyed our stay at the charming yellow house on the corner! We would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for having us!

This was our second time staying…we come to New Castle a lot as my family is here. We stay at this place and one other and it’s very nice! Perfect for visiting family. Only downfall was how much the cleaning fee is…other than that I cannot complain….they have immediate responses, very clean and new on inside….comfy big bed in one room…love the chargers they have in bedrooms! They leave waters and some drinks in fridge along with a full coffee and espresso bar….I would highly recommend using one of their airbnbs for a New Castle stay. They definitely know what they are doing! Thanks again guys for a nice comfy stay! We will definitely be back!

Easy communication with Daniel , the place was as described , you have all kind of stores close by , I really recommend.

This home was a great place to stay, very accommodating and understanding. Christopher cares about the people who come there, and their experiences in his wonderful home.

Such a peaceful experience. Neighborhood quiet. Plenty of room to spread out in the home. Nice little extras throughout the house made us feel welcome. Suzi was responsive and kind.

This stay was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this space for anyone, but especially for a larger group of people. A group of us got together for alumni weekend at Ohio State and Pete's location was perfect! The home is pristine and every detail has been considered. Our party of 10 all had a bed to sleep on and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen/living room space is the perfect gathering spot indoors. The outdoor space is truly magical! The pool and hot tub were essential for our stay (in late October) and the outdoor fireplaces were also great gathering spots. This home allowed us to visit and catch up without having to go out all the time for our trip. The location is perfect - it is close to OSU as well as the interstate if you need to get anywhere in Columbus. Pete was an outstanding host. He was responsive almost immediately if we had any questions and went out of his way to show us how to utilize more complicated things. I hope we can return soon!
