Barn vacation rentals in Ohio River

The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

Didn’t want to leave, can’t wait to go back!!! This is our favorite spot for a girls night and we’re making it a yearly tradition to visit!

We just stayed at the Dream Rock Silo bungalow for the 6th time, and every visit has been wonderful. Karen and Bill always make us feel like family. They are exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail and their creativity are amazing. The bungalow is super clean, comfortable, well-crafted, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is always peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views, gardens, rocks, and a stream. We love the very friendly, entertaining shepherds, Max and Joe, who spend every waking minute on our covered patio and in the yard playing ball. The sweet older husky, Folger, also spends time with us and gives us a “lean in”. We rarely leave the property and didn’t leave at all this time. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to get back to Dream Rock.

Our second visit to Nancy’s place. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Just the escape we were looking for. The home is beautiful and we love the small farm with our friends…the cats, dog, goats and horses! Nancy and David are wonderful hosts! We look forward to our next visit!😊

As advertised. A very cozy place that is perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and tidy and Johanna was very welcoming. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Where do I begin?! Wow! We stayed at one of the apartments inside the barn. I couldn't believe that we were staying with the cows! Our front door opened right to the observation deck where you can admire and feel enamored with the cows. In the apartment, everything was pristine, cleaned, spotless, and felt so cozy and peaceful! We brought our two doggies and they enjoyed the space, too. As a mom with a teenager (who loves being on his phone), I knew this would be an once-in-a-lifetime experience for him, and it was! We were able to walk around the property and even go see the calves across the road. Jorge, one of the staff working on property, was SO nice and informative about the farm and was SO welcoming to us! Communication on Airbnb was top notch as well, as the hosts were consistently checking in and sent us detailed check-in and check-out instructions. We were also able to visit Bowling Green which is only a 40 or minute drive from the farm. We will for sure be back!

We did a multifamily getaway for NYE. We had a total of 5 kids all under 10 with 3 toddlers. It was the most wonderful trip. the back play area was perfect for games, a dance party and intimate conversations over shared bottles of wine after the kids went to bed. The wood burning fireplace kept the place so warm that we needed to buy T-shirts instead of the sweatshirts we had. we explored the property and local waterfalls during the day. we loved it so much we are planning on making it an annual trip.

The barn is beautiful. Has all the accommodations listed. Has everything to relax and unwind. We love it. 100% recommend!

The Barn was inviting and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening gazing at the moon and stars in quiet surroundings. I look forward to returning in spring and fall to experience the different seasons.

This secluded oasis was just what my husband and I needed—peace and quiet. Katie and Michael exceeded our expectations with having everything and then some at the cabin. The best part was the hot tub!

Wonderful place to stay. Stayed 5 nights with my family, 4 generations from my 81 yo dad to our 1 yo and 5 month old granddaughters.

Barbara’s farmhouse loft was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a more private, beautiful place to stay with the friendliest goats! 10/10 recommend and would 100% stay again!

Although our trip had to get cancelled Hilary was excellent with communication and ensuring we received a full refund promptly. We hope to get back out in her neck of the woods soon and get to stay at her beautiful property!

The barn loft was nice and cozy. Very private with no worries. No complaints at all. We really enjoyed staying there. It was exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I stayed at this quaint and cozy Barn for the weekend. We loved everything about our stay…from the greeting by the friendly farm dogs to friendliness of our gracious host. We want to come back in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom. We highly recommend a stay here.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, then this is your place! Barb and Jim have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Barb was the sweetest with greeting us upon arrival and leaving a delicious coffee cake for our family to enjoy. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed over Christmas with my family of five including three young children. The cabin was decorated like a hallmark movie, and it was well above our expectations. My kids thought it was magical. The beds were very cozy, and all the linens were clean, soft, and beautiful. There were many snacks and cozy amenities provided. The water pressure was excellent, but we did have to space out showers between us so everyone could have hot water. The cabin also had a number of scented plug ins throughout that my husband did not appreciate. He is particularly sensitive to odors, and we had to unplug all of them for him to be able to sleep in the cabin. This is a personal sensitivity, and I do not think it should deter from such a great place to stay. All the squirrels were very cute, and we had an owl pay a visit during the night.

We loved this place! It was awesome having modern appliances, a terrific TV and Wi-Fi situation, a beautifully furnished bathroom, and a warm, comfortable bed. The mountain farm setting was rustic and beautiful. Our visit was for snow skiing, but we hope to return in warmer weather to see the local sights.

This place was perfect for a brief getaway. Cute and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

It was beautiful! We loved our stay! The entire house is just like the pictures, we had absolutely no issues and had a great time!

Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. Great decor. Clean with comfortable beds and great shower. 30-35 minute walk from Broadway. Only minor detail was the train at all times of the night so if you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs! Thank you Debbie!
