Barn vacation rentals in Ohio River

The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

It was such a quaint place. Very private. Hot tub was amazing. Decor was amazing. They thought of everything as far as your needs to. We would definitely go back again. Lovely.

We just stayed at the Dream Rock Silo bungalow for the 6th time, and every visit has been wonderful. Karen and Bill always make us feel like family. They are exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail and their creativity are amazing. The bungalow is super clean, comfortable, well-crafted, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is always peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views, gardens, rocks, and a stream. We love the very friendly, entertaining shepherds, Max and Joe, who spend every waking minute on our covered patio and in the yard playing ball. The sweet older husky, Folger, also spends time with us and gives us a “lean in”. We rarely leave the property and didn’t leave at all this time. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to get back to Dream Rock.

This is our third stay and we have booked three more as it fills up very fast. This visit was more spring growth and the birthing of the baby goats. It was much less cold so we sat on the patio and ate and also ventured onto the gazebo and read some poems on the bright warm sun. The house is spacious 3 BR and very light and airy. There is a new Keurig that heats better with some variety of coffee and tea pods. Our next visit is Easter Sunday and we will be parading with all the animals there and hopefully many spring flowers. Highly recommend!!!!!! 10 stars !!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Barn in Austin," and it was truly a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces that made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and it was clear that everyone was dedicated to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the ability to purchase fresh cheese. It was a delightful treat to enjoy local flavors during our time there, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We also had a fantastic time exploring the hidden river cave, which was incredibly dog-friendly! It was great to be able to bring our dog along for the adventure. The cave's beauty and tranquility made for a memorable outing that we will cherish. Overall, our stay at the "Barn in Austin" was filled with kindness, great food, and unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait to return!

We did a multifamily getaway for NYE. We had a total of 5 kids all under 10 with 3 toddlers. It was the most wonderful trip. the back play area was perfect for games, a dance party and intimate conversations over shared bottles of wine after the kids went to bed. The wood burning fireplace kept the place so warm that we needed to buy T-shirts instead of the sweatshirts we had. we explored the property and local waterfalls during the day. we loved it so much we are planning on making it an annual trip.

This home is absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect location for a restorative weekend with good friends to be cozy and to explore the surrounding area. If you are craving beauty and magic and sweet serene vibes, do not hesitate to book. We loved utilizing the gorgeous kitchen for home cooked meals and sitting by the fire pit all afternoon and into the evening gazing at the full moon. The beds are also like sleeping on a cloud with fabulous soft linens. Can't wait for the chance to return. Seriously, one of the best homes I've had the pleasure of staying in.

Katie and Michael have thoughtfully created a true escape from life. From the set up of the cabin, the calming atmosphere, the amazing guides, information sheets, playlists, games, having all the necessities in the kitchen, basket of things you could forgot, phone charging pads upstairs and down. They truly have thought of everything. We were sad to leave but cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Honey + Vine Farm! The place is gorgeous and Barbara does such a wonderful job hosting. It was a wonderful end to our honeymoon. Would absolutely visit again!

Our large family group occupied two of the available houses. The big house is BIG. Very roomy, lots of seating areas, well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen is very well provisioned and there are multiple dining tables (great for our 12 adults and 8 kiddos). Both houses were clean and comfortable. Communication with Hillary was always prompt, friendly, and professional. We got a little snow that weekend so kids and adults had fun coasting down short hills and playing. We were glad to have the snow but this would be a great place to explore during the other three seasons. Highly recommended.

Great place off the beaten path. I was looking for a quiet, romantic and peaceful place to get away for the weekend and this place checked all the boxes. It was a comfortable king size bed, comfy couch to relax on a a private hot tub to relax in. I’d highly recommend this place if you just want to get away to a quiet, secluded and cozy home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay in the grain silo!!! The place was even better than they described! It was a perfect place to get away from work/life stress to just relax and spend quality time together. The host went above and beyond by providing so much information about the house and other places nearby!!! The house was very clean and it was super easy to find the things we needed. We highly recommend this place to others!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable living space with everything you need. The loft is beautiful. Hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and not far from restaurants and stores. Such a great location. You won’t find nicer hosts. Thank you both! We hope to come back someday!

The Carriage House is charming, convenient, comfortable and (incredibly) clean! I really enjoyed the lovely, unique decor and all of the guest-friendly amenities. The bed is very comfy and everything is *extremely* clean especially the bathroom. The parking is close by and the area is quiet and peaceful. Mac is a very responsive and kind host - from his timely, helpful messages to the easy check-in and out procedures, it is clear that he wants your stay to be a special one. Mine certainly was and I am very grateful!

We didn’t want to leave! This was a perfect place. Breath taking views from walking the land to observing the starry night sky. Definitely would stay here again!
