Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Nicoya Peninsula

Very nice and comfortable place where you will feel almost at home, close from Montezuma downtown, the sea and Curu national park.

Nice place to stay. The house is located 3 miles from Sky Adventures and 1/3 mile from the entrance of 100% Aventura Park, which is one of the parks you don't want to miss when visiting Monteverde. It is also located in a quiet and safe neighborhood surrounded by primary forest. It is clean, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, all in one dining room - living room - kitchen, a beautiful balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, battery of pots, plates, glasses, etc.) where you can cook your own food. I used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner for all 5 of my family with no problem. In general, I recommend this place to stay without any problem. I enjoyed this house as much as my own! I will definitely come back again.

Love the place and the layout. Chill house lives up to the name! If I’m back at Santa Teresa, I’m absolutely going to stay here again. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful when we needed extra towel, etc!

We stayed as a family of 5 in Costa Rica for 2 weeks in a few different cities. This area and this airbnb was our favorite! We loved that once you get to the house, it feels completely private and surrounded by lush greenery, but you can walk to amazing restaurants and the beach in 5-10 minutes. (El Colibri ended up being our favorite nearby) We used the kitchen a lot and it was well stocked with anything we might need. There were plenty of pillows, extra bedding & blankets. Our kids loved the upstairs bedrooms and additional deck just for them. The outside area and the views, being surrounded by beautiful plants and animals & overlooking the ocean and sunset was the best. There are so many different kinds of birds that come right up to the deck. Our last 2 days, a big family of howler monkeys hung out in the trees just next to the house. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs as the animal sounds go all through the night as well. We loved our stay!

The house is a bit outside of La Fortuna in a very calm area. Camilo is super nice and had a lot of recomendations for the area and were to go. Would recommend.

Andrea's place is amazing. It is incredibly well equipped, there's nothing you would lack in terms of cooking tools and appliances. The house is huge and very new. everything works well. The pool is certainly the place to be, very relaxing and private. Andrea was super welcoming and helpful before and during or stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love this place so much we come back to it each year. It’s walkable to everything and quietly tucked away.

Really enjoyed this place. Super spacious, well stocked, great patio. Felt like home. The complex is great - we enjoyed waking to the cafe, taproom and grocery store. Loved the pools and hot tub. Loved the restaurant / bar right beside the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was larger than expected. It was a plus to have free laundry on site. There were 2 gates for security, but neither were ever closed. They did have a person each night for security but during the day both the parking gate & gate to actual rooms was left open. We did not experience any issues but just something to know ahead of time.

We were very happy with our stay. Impeccable apartment, sublime pool, close to the beach. Some issues with the wifi, but given the rest, it was fine anyway!

This was a great condo in a secure and well monitored gated community. Security staff were kind and friendly. The hosts, Special Places, were friendly, professional, informative and quick to respond to our many questions. House keeping was included but make sure to check when they're scheduled, they come early. The kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies one would need to feed 6 people. A Britta water filter and a variety of spices to cook with were also included. The apartment was nicely decorated with quality furnishing and clean, you could sense the pride of ownership. There were no funky smells that can be present in humid tropical environments with A/C. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the curtains were blackouts. The location was central to 4 pools and a hot tub. Restaurants and grocery stores were also conveniently located within easy walking distance. We would not hesitate to come here again and would highly recommend Pacifico and Special Places

Awesome place. Very spacious rooms, super clean, quiet and private. Me and my family had a great vacations there. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6 members. We will return for sure!

Waking up to such a beautiful view of the lake was definitely the highlight of this place. I really enjoyed our stay. Cindy and the staff were very friendly and honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Cindy was an amazing host making sure that we were pleased with our stay. Excellent condominium, the complex with excellent pools, very quiet, to enjoy with the family is a great place.

Very nice apartment. On second floor. So up flight of stairs. Well equipped kitchen. Two nice bedrooms. One en-suite. Balcony had great aspect. Always sunny. Good a/c. We overlooked the three main fantastic swimming pools. But are high enough and set back for privacy. Much better than the ground floor places. Good washing machine. Netflix/Youtube on smart tv. Security tight getting in and out. But easy enough.

An excellent location, close to downtown, the beach, supermarkets 500 meters away, impeccable cleanliness, it comes with everything you need for a perfect stay, the amazing kitchen area, comfortable beds, sofa bed in perfect condition such as a Mas bed, the common areas excellent the pool, the host is always attentive, responding almost immediately. Highly recommended. Thanks to the hosts. Recommendation to check the tax collection, as the Ticos are being charged, and the bank is also being charged.
