Great stay and would stay again great host and great house

It's great that everything is comfortable. Our kids have toys to play. We have kitchen to cook. We can complete everything by ourselves.

The place was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. Danielle is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to take care of us. One of those places you can blindly rate 5 stars without a doubt.

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

We had a lovely stay, nice big house for our family of three. Was great to have a high chair and cot provided and our one year old loved the toy box and an outside area to play in. Would highly recommend this house for any families visiting the Christchurch area

We really liked our stay at Otley Street. The house was very well presented and had nice amenities and gadgets. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We were really pleased to get quick help when we couldn't access the apps on the TV. Hosts were professional. Would recommend to others!

We loved our stay as property was perfect for our small group. The pool and bbq area are great for enjoying time with family and friends. Would highly recommend.

The penthouse was even better than the photos and our stay was perfect. Comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 kids. Easy walk to most of Christchurch and it really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views. Had everything you need for cooking etc, a hot tub, air conditioning, and in a great location for central Christchurch. Would highly recommend for a couple.

We came together as a family to this home to celebrate Christmas. It was a beautiful place with stunning views. We could easily make dinners from scratch using all the kitchen equipment included in the home. One note for future AirBnb'ers to this property, the cleaning instructions are rather extensive along with the $160+ USD cleaning fee tagged onto the booking.

A private and tranquil space, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to with crystal clear waters - Taylor’s Mistake. The window seat with incredible views and the spa pool hidden away in natural surroundings were the absolute highlights. I can’t wait to go back!

Great location literally on "New Regent St". Quality inclusions & well stocked apartment. Easy to check in & parking was available (we didn't hire a car though as everything was walking or short Uber ride distance away). We would stay here again when in Christchurch. Lovely city with great food choices.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Beautiful house. Good for a group to hangout

It's a very unique colonial architecture house. Definitely stood out from the rest of the houses in the area. The garden is very big & has plenty of spaces for children to run around. We have a group of 10 people & the stay was absolutely amazing. All the amenities are well equipped as stated. Bedrooms are very big and comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped as well. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

We secured a last minute booking as part of our travels, and for the amazing property you get it was fabulous value for money. Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you need. Fabulous outside space..relaxing and left us feeling spoilt. We wish we'd stayed longer.
