Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mount Pleasant

Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

Incredible place to stay! Beautiful home and was so nice & relaxing - Elizabeth made things so easy and left the cutest note & bubbly for us girls the morning of getting ready for my wedding 🥹🥹 would 100% stay again 💕

We found the accommodation really comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our stay as we could walk to the concert that we came up to Christchurch for and had a lovely peaceful walk on the beach. Thank you!

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely host! Great house, nice & spacious. Lovely shower & bath tub. Kids loved the spa pool. Nice bbq deck area, spent time out here for dinners and morning coffees. NESPRESSO MACHINE ! LOVE!! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the Avon. Was great fun! Highlight of the trip(: Highly recommend

The house was a nice oasis close to plenty to do. Tons of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the park. The kids loved playing in the yard. And we had great hosts.

Light and bright beautiful apartment! Stylish well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds & furniture. Loved how easy it was to walk to everything in Christchurch. The host was very responsive. 100% recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Carolyn’s apartment. The property was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The whole place was furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There was a full kitchen with everything we needed to make simple meals, and the balcony was the perfect setting for dinner and a glass of wine whilst looking over the bay. The location on the waterfront was perfect and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Having its own designated parking space was an added bonus. I highly recommend staying at Carolyn’s apartment - one of the nicest places we have stayed!

We stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Great WiFi for my husband to work. Close cafes for a walking destination. Beautiful walking areas. Space was exactly what we needed. I hated leaving.

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

This was my first stay at an ABNB. It was a wonderful Experience. The Condo was Very Clean and in the Best Location with great shops and Restaurants within walking Vicinity. Lexia was Quite Readily Available when we need instruction on the Stove and WIFI. Her immediate Availability made our Experience quite Pleasant. The Rest was again the Location. Condo Size was just Perfect for two people. For Future Rentals, I strongly recommend Lexia and this Condo. Sincerely, Derrick Crummy

This apartment is small but beautiful. It was clean and the furnishings lovely. There is a lovely sunny outdoor area although this is central city and on a main road. If you don't like traffic noise this is not for you. I didn't find it a problem. Inside the apartment traffic noise was barely noticable. The apartment is literally 50m to the Avon parks and walkways. The info in the listing on parking is misleading - the listing says "your own secure, off-street parking space is included" but in fact it is in the next street in a Wilson's carpark. The "secure" I can't speak to as the carpark was outdoors and open. There was 1 camera. I would not leave anything in the car if unattended. This was the only negative for me. The parking is free as promised. All in all, I will stay here again. It's a gorgeous place and so very close to everything.

Great stay with Jo and Lance! My parter and I stayed in Christchurch for a month for work. The space was exactly as described, and Jo and Lance were so gracious, kind, and welcoming. We received the best introduction and walk-through of any stay we've ever experienced. Jo and Lance even provided us with some grocery basics upon arrival to help make the transition smoother. We especially loved the bathtub, amazing windows with beautiful views of the city, and the DVD selection. A couple of things to note: Jo and Lance are very accessible and involved in the stay -- this is their home and they expect it to be treated as such. The walk to the bus stop isn't far (just over 1km/12ish minutes), but it's down or up a somewhat steep hill. Finally, the kitchen isn't quite a full kitchen -- there is everything you need to make basic meals, but the space is a bit tight if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking. Overall, an excellent stay and fit our needs perfectly for our time in NZ!

Perfect in every way. Could not fault this accommodation. Rachel and Paul's apartment was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Ground floor apartment with dedicated parking spot, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good choice of restaurants. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers and comfy beds and pillows. What more could you want. Rachael sent us good instructions and was quick to respond to messages I sent. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends who are visiting NZ later this year. Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
