Grate location. Love this apartment, everything is nice.

Chiara's place is as described. It is clean and in a great location, very close to the tram stop that takes you to the train station in a few minutes and then to the city center. Apartment in a newly built and peaceful setting. Great parking at the apartment's disposal. Chiara is a very nice and helpful host. Communication with her is great and provides very useful tips for both restaurants and things to do. Recommended!

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

The very nice apartment with a privileged location, otherwise has a beautiful view, Luana was always attentive to us, the bed was very comfortable and with everything you need, good restaurants nearby, the main points are a few steps away.

The apartment was right in the centre of Florence and very close to everything. Sylvia, who greeted us, was absolutely lovely and communicated everything perfectly. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Florence in the future.

I can't say enough good things about our host, Agnese! She, unfortunately, had an unforeseen issue with the place we rented, but she went above and beyond making sure that one of her other rentals was available to my husband and daughter for their stay. She, and her family, are extremely hospitable and made my family feel very welcome! I highly recommend her as a host and would be delighted to book with her again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

This place in Tuscany was absolutely perfect! The host was honestly the nicest person, so warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Emanuele made our stay feel so special and truly made us feel at home. The property itself was even better than in the pictures, and the view was absolutely stunning. It’s hard to put into words how beautiful and peaceful it was. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Tuscany, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough, the host alone makes it worth it!

Casa Dante is super amazing! In a great spot and amazing view. A picturesque and quiet neighbourhood. The house is impeccably clean and has practically everything! The interior design is that of a modern but classic tuscan cottage. Eleonora’s taste for the decoration is very good… the house has a calming energy and tranquility. Eleonora is one of the best (if not the best) host i have encountered in airbnb. Very understanding, very helpful and super quick in sorting out any requests I had. I definitely suggest staying at casa Dante if you wish to visit the beautiful toscana landscape! I will be staying again for sure!!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

We had a wonderful week in Giada's apartment, who is a great host, welcomed us and provided all the orientations. The apartment in person is more beautiful than what can be appreciated in the photos, it is spacious, comfortable, super well located very close to the station resistenzia, which in turn is very close to the station where the buses from other cities arrive that is Villa Constanza and 20 min from the station that connects with the train that is the same to go to the center of Florence to see all the cultural part that is Santa Maria, it was even very easy to get out by tram to the Florence airport. Giada responded quickly and helped us orient ourselves, we went to try a delicious Florentino bisteck very close to Giada's apt, the truth was an incredible week. We were very happy and hope to return. 🫶🏾🙂

Beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. We rented a car to explore the countryside so the parking space was very useful. The apartment was very comfortable and large, bathroom was great, kitchen was large, washing machine worked great. Check in and check out was very easy using the lockbox. Location was very nice: grocery store is right outside the apartment, easily walkable to the tram and to Oltrarno area, as well as the historical centre. We walked to and from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station on arrival and departure. The street outside the complex is quite busy with cars but this is to be expected for a place with free parking right outside the ZTL. The apartment is not facing the street so it was pretty quiet.

Ideal place to shine in the center of Tuscany. The small terrace is very nice for aperitifs in the evening when like us , we have the pleasure of having good weather in March. Thanks to Filippo's advice, we avoided traffic errors ( like taking the train to Pisa while thanks to Filippo's advice we went by car and found parking (a little expensive but so convenient) close to the tower and monuments ( 6mn walk) . Same for the train station for Florence less than 20 minutes from the apartment. Plus some nice restaurant surprises ( a little expensive for some) but a very interesting value for money for this tourist area. Funny note for the Var Gambassi Terme is twinned with the Croix Valmer. Great place, we would definitely recommend it.

Perfect accommodation to find peace and tranquility, the pool could not be used for temperatures but it is definitely a great comfort for the hottest days! Benedetta was a really hospitable and very kind host (as was her beautiful dogs!). Highly recommended to relax and enjoy peace in the middle of nature.

Francesca was very helpful and gave us very good tips on excursions and things to do in the area! House or accommodation was very cozy and we felt very comfortable! The only drawback was the bed with the mattress. The bed squeaked terribly and the shared mattress was very direct when someone turned! Good thing there was a sofa!

We loved the villa! it exceeded our expectations in comfort, ease, and beauty in every way! The photos cannot communicate the tranquility and charm of the house and view. Patricia is a wonderful host and directed us to a restaurant with the best views and food we had in all of Italy. It was perfect and we hope to return one day! Such a lovely place as a "base camp" to visit the many wonderful surrounding attractions! Love this villa!!!
