Nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Tram-Haltestelle. Ansonsten ist man auch in ca 35min zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos und zeitlich flexibel. Chiara war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage direkt unter der Wohnung, die über Treppen erreichbar ist.

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

El alojamiento estaba impecable, súper ordenado y limpio, tal cual el anuncio. Estaría bueno que le agreguen microondas y más cucharitas. Por otro lado es importante que avisen que es recomendable usar un electrodoméstico a la vez, ya que pusimos el lavarropa y el lavavajillas y se cortó la luz. Más allá de este inconveniente recomiendo el departamento estaba impecable y el anfitrión siempre atento y respondiendo cada inquietud.

What a location! 5-10 minute walk from everything and I mean everything. We even stopped by the airbnb while walking around everywhere because it was right there by the main bridge, museums and main shopping district. Also the balcony overlooks the river with a table and seats. One of the only balconies like that in the area. Soo spacious it was just me and my girlfriend there and it was a whole house in the middle of Florence which was a surprise. Full kitchen which we used. Checkout was so great she literally told us we had nothing to do! She was so responsive and tentative even checking in on us and giving us great recommendations- particularly where to get the best view which we did. This place was worth so much more than we paid, get it if you can.

Accès facile pour circuler de l'aéroport au centre ville. Propre et calme avec des commerces de qualités à moins de 500m. De plus les infos données par Rosi pour accéder au logement rendent votre arrivé très facile. Un excellent séjour même pour un mois de février.

Nos encantó el lugar, súper bien ubicado, Silvia fue muy amable al recibirnos, agua caliente para tomar un baño y un lugar muy agradable, sin duda me volvería alojar aquí.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le bel et spacieux appartement d'Agnese, agrémenté de très beaux livres d'art. L'appartement est bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du coeur de Florence. Beaucoup de charme avec le parquet, les poutres, la vue sur un petit patio. (Juste un petit détail à signaler pour des personnes âgées, l'escalier en pierre, assez raide, peut être un peu dangereux). Mais sinon, appartement à recommander. Très bon contact avec Agnès et son papa Sergio, très sympathique.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

If you’re considering multiple stunning properties in Tuscany, stop searching and book this one immediately. This Airbnb stay was unlike any other I’ve experienced. Three things make it truly exceptional. First, the host, Emmanuel. While he doesn’t live on-site, he offers unique experiences that make your stay unforgettable. We chose his cooking class, and on our first day, he and his sister taught us to make several kinds of pasta. Our laughter filled the kitchen, and his warm, welcoming nature made us feel like honored guests. I highly recommend a pasta class early, as it provided us with delicious food for the rest of our four-day trip. Emmanuel also recommended and personally booked the best local restaurants, wineries, and cheesemakers—his suggestions truly made our trip. Second, the home itself. It’s a beautifully maintained, authentic Tuscan house—clean, cozy, and simply stunning. Third, the view. Watching the mist roll over the hills each morning, was a highlight of our trip

The pictures do not do Eleonora's Place justice! It is beautifully decorated, the views are amazing and it is quite comfortable with all the necessities. You feel very much at home here. The four of us all loved it and plan to come back again. The town of Radda is lovely too! There are great restaurants, shops and friendly people. Do not hesitate to stay here!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Ens hem trobat com a casa. La casa és molt bonica, i tot estava impecable. No cal dir que les vistes eren espectaculars. La Barbara va ser molt amable i va estar sempre molt atenta per si ens faltava alguna cosa

We loved Lorenzo’s place! The apartment was fully equipped for our comfortable stay. It’s in walkable distance from the center. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful host. We are happy with our choice and will definitely come back.

L'appartamento di Giada si contraddistingue per la sua pulizia, ordine e bellezza. Siamo state accolte con gentilezza e chiarezza nelle indicazioni. Si vede che i proprietari ci tengono a far sentire a proprio agio i loro ospiti. Da consigliare assolutamente! Speriamo di tornare presto!

First of all Fatmira greeted us very warmly and explained everything we needed to know about the house and the surrounding area and gave us tips for good restraunts that locals go to . She also checked regularly to see if we needed anything and answered any questions we asked her very quickly. The apartment is located in a complex and is very safe , you have your own private parking spot , the house is newly renovated and has all your needs

Logement idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de la Toscane. La petite terrasse très agréable pour des apéritifs le soir quand comme nous , on a le bonheur d'avoir beau temps en Mars. Grâce aux conseils de Filippo, nous avons évité des erreurs de circulation ( comme prendre le train pour Pise alors que grâce aux conseils de Filippo nous y sommes allés en voiture et trouvé un parking (un peu cher mais tellement pratique) a proximité de la tour et des monuments ( 6mn a pieds) . Pareil pour la gare pour Florence a moins de 20 minutes de l'appartement. Plus quelques belles surprises en matière de restauration ( un peu cher pour certains) mais un rapport qualité - prix très intéressant pour cette zone touristique. Petite note drôle pour les varois Gambassi Terme est jumelée avec la Croix Valmer. Logement super , nous le recommandons sans problème.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying in Benedetta’s little house! We had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s a beautiful location with plenty to explore a relatively short drive away – Florence, Siena, etc. And right by the house you’ll find a winery, trails, and beautiful scenery. It was the perfect start to our Italy trip, and we would definitely recommend!

Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit und uns sehr gute Tips zu Ausflügen und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben! Haus bzw Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einziges Manko war das Bett mit der Matratze. Bett hat fürchterlich gequietscht und die gemeinsame Matratze war sehr direkt wenn sich einer gedreht hat! Gut dass noch ein Sofa da war!

Ottimo soggiorno! Ci siamo ritrovati immersi nella tranquillità della campagna. L’abitazione di Silvia esprime al meglio il suo potenziale nei mesi estivi, grazie alla piscina e alla splendida vista sugli uliveti. Tuttavia, anche in questo periodo (marzo) si è rivelata perfetta per chi, come noi, cercava relax ma anche una posizione strategica per visitare Siena e i borghi circostanti. Silvia è stata gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

We loved the villa! it exceeded our expectations in comfort, ease, and beauty in every way! The photos cannot communicate the tranquility and charm of the house and view. Patricia is a wonderful host and directed us to a restaurant with the best views and food we had in all of Italy. It was perfect and we hope to return one day! Such a lovely place as a "base camp" to visit the many wonderful surrounding attractions! Love this villa!!!
