Really a great choice for a stay in Florence! The place is clean and the location is very convenient!

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I for our stay in Florence. It is located away from all the busyness of downtown and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Most of all, Antonio is an incredibly gracious host who was super helpful and made us feel right at home. He even gave us a ton of recommendations and they were some of our favorite spots of the entire trip! Would recommend for solo or small group travel.

We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation and it was a real haven of peace on the heights of Florence, close to the countryside. The bus allowed us to get to the city center in 10min. The accommodation was impeccable with all the features you expect to have a pleasant stay. Marco was very available by picking us up late from the train station to take us back to the accommodation when we arrived. Thanks so much!! I highly recommend this listing!

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

Our stay at Riccarda’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We were greeted by her assistant (I wish I could remember her name!) who was truly the best. Despite not speaking English, she used an audio translator seamlessly, making communication easy. She gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, ensuring we knew where everything was and how it all worked—all while being incredibly sweet and fun! The space was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer was super useful, and the shower had great water pressure. The location was perfect—walkable to so much with buses just minutes away. Even with construction around, it wasn’t bothersome, and workers were always courteous. One of the standout touches was the informational book/binder—it was the most organized and easy-to-use guide we’ve ever seen. So helpful One of our best Airbnb stays ever—we’ll definitely book again when we return to Florence!

Loved our stay! The description was consistent with the information provided. We were hosted very well, and flexibly. Everything was very clean and organized! Dark apartment (as indicated by the hosts) but pretty and cozy. However, the couch is a little small. The accommodation is so well located! Walking distance from the historic center, while being very quiet. We had tips from hosts for restaurants, beautiful views of Florence and taxi to the airport, and to watch a soccer game with locals. superb stay in Daniela's loft. impeccable apartment, with excellent quality service. bedding is quality, perfectly equipped kitchen and fireplace a real plus. All in a quiet environment. I will be back with pleasure, with my little family, because the loft can accommodate several people without any problem. Thank you again.

Amazing stay at Irene's Airbnb. The location is stunning, 5 minutes from Plaza del Duomo. The airbnb is so beautiful. It feels like a florentine dream! Irene was very nice, she even booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. There is indeed a disco club not far away from the airbnb but we were able to sleep without problems. This did not bother us. You should totally stay in this airbnb.

Great Location! We were able to walk everywhere including restaurants for dinner at night. Excellent for families. Pharmacy, excellent coffee/pastry shop, and amazing food on the same street as the apartment. This is a prime location. The apartment is very comfortable. Fabrizio is a wonderful host. Washer and dryer is very convenient for families. We were very happy here.

Great small apartment perfect for 2 in the heart of the city centre. The host Ricardo was very wellcoming, he awaited us at their private garage a bit away from the city center, where we left our car for free and drove us to the apartment. The communication was fast and smooth, he provided us a lot of local recommendations. Would love to come back again.

The Apartment is a great space, with awesome 15th century architecture. The location is wondferful, near restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions. The hot water boiler broke during our stay and the host handled the situation promptly. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time I visit Firenze!

This place is spectacular. One of a kind (and we've stayed in Airbnbs throughout both the US and Europe), and truly unforgettable. It takes a while before you can assimilate it all. And the neighborhood is wonderful. Very walk-able; good restaurants nearby; markets too. Everything you could want from a Florence IT vacation - and far from the tourist crowds.
