Loft vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

I could not be happier with Lorenzo‘s apartment. The location is absolutely perfect in the centre of Florence and the apartment was lovely. Lorenzo was very friendly and accommodating and great communication

Antonio greeted us personally and was an excellent responsive host. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. The stairs to access are described in the listing so make sure you take those into account. Although there was not too difficult for my mother. Although steep. All-round wonderful location and host very clean apartment. Recommend

We stayed at the property for a Florence city trip for six nights. The location of the apartment was perfect for that. The regular bus connection passes directly by the apartment from morning to late and this is in downtown Florence in a few minutes. The apartment is quiet and beautifully located despite being close to the city. You can have breakfast with a view of a Tuscan olive grove in the front garden. Bed, bathroom and kitchen are clean and well equipped.

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

Highly recommend this loft to anyone who wants a such "stay as a local" vacation. It is located safely where residential lives and not away from the attractive spots. Walking within 10 mins to most of the must visit spot. The bus stations are also nearby. The host is very thoughtful with so many food recommendations.

The apartment is in walking distance from the congress center. Good breakfast options around the corner

My daughter and I stayed at Riccarda’s place for 10 days recently. The place was spotlessly clean with all the necessary equipment. It was clutter free and the decor was welcoming and homely. All the amenities were close by. Riccarda’s friend, Annamaria was there to welcome us on the first day and showed us around the house as Riccarda was away. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time at Riccarda’s place.

A super space, very clean, safe and quiet, as well as comfortable.☺️ She is super cute, she gives you very clear directions to get there and is pending, she responds quickly.🫶🏻 Very close to the train terminal, truck and tourist places. Highly recommended 🙌🏻✨

Great stay in Daniela's loft. Impeccable apartment, with excellent quality of service. The bedding is quality, the kitchen perfectly equipped and the fireplace a real plus. All in a quiet environment. I will gladly come back with my little family, because the loft can accommodate several people without problem. Thanks again.

Lovely stay here. Great location and lovely clean large open space. There was noise from the outside especially from flats above as only on the 1st floor but otherwise was a great stay.

Best location - right in the heart of the action of Florence. Would stay here again 10/10.

Maurizio and his son Riccardo were very responsive and super easy to communicate with. The location can’t be beat! The parking spot was important for us and super helpful that Maurizio and his son were able to help with moving the car for us. The last night we left it at the parking garage right down the street, for 35 euros. Thank you Maurizio!!

The Apartment is a great space, with awesome 15th century architecture. The location is wondferful, near restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions. The hot water boiler broke during our stay and the host handled the situation promptly. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time I visit Firenze!

Great unit. Neat and clean. Washer/dryer was great to have access to. Ned was comfortable. Enjoyed location.

Beautiful place, very good customer service

Great hosts, very accommodating to change in our schedule. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Walkable area but on a quieter street. All in all a great experience.
