Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Florence

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic! The place was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was perfect—close to the train station, major attractions and restaurants. The space was well-designed, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The host was welcoming and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Delightful accommodation in a great location. Alessandro’s place in Florence made our experience memorable. We loved his place! We adored the elegant and vitange-style interior with a patio and view of the Duomo/Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. We will definitely love to visit Alessandro’s rental again. The apartment was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. The apartment was very large for our family of 5. We had plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. Additionally, Alessandro is a great and warm host. He was extremely responsive from the initial booking all the way to our checkout. He was available to answer any questions we had & offered local recommendations for groceries and dining. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Having arrived in an exceptional torrentail rain storm all was well and dealt with some front door flooding- the accommodation was WONDERFUL in an idylic Tuscan hillside village with easy public parking. There was plenty to see and enjoy. It was quite an adventure. Although we didnot meet Benedetta but she provided everything we needed and our short stay was MARVELLOUS- Grazie mille - alla prossima. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? La Delizia is the perfect combination of great location, privacy, beautiful grounds, and responsive and super nice host. Giulia and her sister Camilla rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife as we spent our 20th wedding anniversary at this home. The amenities are plentiful and the home is decorated beautifully and well thought out. Highly recommended and we will be stopping by again soon.

Clean, cosy and pet friendly place just 30minutes by tram from the historic center of Florence. Definitely worth if you intend to visit the center and come back to a beautiful garden. For dog owners, you need to supervise dogs in the garden since it is not “dog proof” but still great.

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

Was a great location. Close enough to the sights to walk to but far enough not dealing with the tourist noise. Great view from the balcony - have the whole 6th floor to ourselves. I enjoyed it so did the kids. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Keep in mind in Italy everything goes up so it’s on the 4th floor.. the exercise was good but if stairs are an issue for you and no elevator. The host was amazing and very responsive. Space was large and roomy and cozy. We felt extremely safe where we stayed and it was close to the shops, markets, and my son’s school.

We enjoyed our stay! Deanna is a nice host who communicates proactively and is very friendly. She waited for us herself to let us in and gave us lots of tips on the area including 3 great restaurants on the street of the apartment. Those restaurants were great value for money! Apartment is within walking distance of the historic city center, a 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, a 10-minute walk from the station. It is located in a quiet street but still close to everything. Shop and bakery are a 5-min. walk. Very nice courtyard garden where we had breakfast every morning thanks to the high temperatures for the time of year. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely come back here! Thank you Deanna!

What a Gem! Loved the location. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and a blessing during hotter days enjoying the patio! Felt safe. Steps from a grocery store. Cafe and many restaurants! River view. Washing machine was incredibly helpful! Oh, and the bathtub was much needed after traveling 20 hours. Antonio was beyond kind, helpful, and truly a wonderful host. His kindness will not be forgotten. I highly recommend! We will be sure to be back! Go ahead and book it!

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
