Federica's apartment exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than it looks in the pictures! Modern, cozy, and impeccably clean, it was the perfect stay for us as a couple. Federica provided clear and precise instructions, making check-in seamless. The location was ideal for our work needs, and the garage and outdoor space were a great bonus, especially for our little dogs. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The place is really nice and clean and Valentina was a responsive and very friendly host. I asked for a microwave because there was none on premises and she promptly agreed to buy one. My only concern was parking availability in the close surroundings (very difficult to find a parking spot close to the apartment) and the one flight of stairs difficult to manage with a lot of bags and items to carry. I must clarify that I was there for work and needed to carry various items up and down the apartment every day going to work. Otherwise the place is very comfortable, nice and quite and very close to the main square with many good restaurants, bars and food marts in the surroundings . I would definitely recommend it for a vacation in Genzano.

It was exactly what I was looking for: a quiet area, with convenient parking under the house, but close enough to reach the center and the station on foot in about 20 minutes. The house is clean, cozy and tastefully furnished, in a simple and modern style, equipped with everything you need. Hosts are very helpful. I especially appreciated the tranquility of the green and quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the main course.

We had a nice time at Gratzia's home in Nemi. The town is beautiful and we had many lovely walks in Nemi and surrounding areas. We were able to travel to Rome and other towns by bus and train. Made a few friends with some of the local people in town and got to attend the school's Christmas play which was very nice. Thanks Grazia and our neighbor Antonella for all your help!
