I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

Great location! There are many restaurants, shops, and beautiful buildings nearby! We walked through the beautiful surroundings (about 30 minutes) to the Colosseum, and also to the Vatican. Accommodation is worth choosing if you want a beautiful Rome with historic houses.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

Marco and a considerate and available host. Her mom welcomed us very kindly with a good tiramisu! The apartment is clean and quiet . It is above all very well located for discovering Rome. 3 minutes from the metro line A which serves the historic center of the heart of Rome. A very well-stocked supermarket is also a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Advise without hesitation!

Silvia’s apartment was spotless and in a great location for restaurants and a beautiful farmers market. I loved the neighborhood and I enjoyed strolling and roaming the quaint little picturesque streets. Silvia was so kind and accommodating in every way. I will definitely stay here again.
