Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

We loved our stay at Icaco! The room and property are beautiful, especially the rooftop pool area, and the balcony. The daily breakfast is perfect - fresh juice, coffee, yogurt, granola, bread, spreads and a gorgeous assortment of fresh fruit. They even accommodated my request for gluten-free. Such a lovely property, and fantastic team. You are right across the street from the beach. Note that the street is busy and thus loud, but if you prepare and bring some earplugs, it's no problem. The road quiets down by 10pm on weeknights. Highly recommend!

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

It is a quite comfortable place in good condition and very clean, everything in order, perfect for short stays don't forget to bring soap and personal use amenities

This is our third time coming to the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked that the location was close enough to restaurants, beach and other conveniences. Mornings were wonderful for daily walks along malecon. The plunge pool was so nice to cool off in. We would definitely stay again. Tom and Dawn are very kind and personable. They are quick to respond to questions.

This place is insane! People who appreciate nature, meaning, and reconnection will feel at home. Staff is very kind and authentic, they will do whatever it takes to make the best out of your stay. Everything comes from their heart. They built this place from nothing and are very proud of it. The place is so peaceful, an oasis in the middle of the jungle. Very different experiences offered such as Temazcal and a unique Cenote. All the details are comparable to any ultra luxury hotel. It is a place to call home and feel well treated, my heart stays here!

We had a great time in Avignon! The place is extremely relaxing to reconnect and is just breathtaking! After traveling 2 hours to stay in Cancun for our flight the next morning, I was so happy to find this place! It was quiet, peaceful and away from the busy Cancun streets. The employees were very kind and helpful. I was actually hoping our flight was canceled so we could stay another day! The room smelled so fresh and was extremely clean. We did however wish we had a mini fridge but it wasn't the end of the world. I will be returning!

It was a very great experience and de really felt as at home. Many essentials around and very convenient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! My friend Camber and I had the most incredible experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bubble had everything we needed—air conditioning, TV, WiFi, a fridge, lights, a toilet, a shower, and the softest robes. One of the highlights was the onsite cenote, where we swam with fish, dipped under a waterfall, and soaked up the sun. The property also had a fantastic food and drink area, a yoga studio, and additional offerings like a cacao ceremony, massages, and excursions. We never even felt the need to leave because everything we wanted was right there! And the staff? Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Their hospitality made our stay even more special. If you’re considering booking this place, do it—you won’t regret it!

The place was very close to the airport and easy to find via Google Maps, and it was illuminated in all colors from the outside in the evening. Teodoro welcomed us in a friendly way right outside the door. The room was spacious and very clean. The location Ruihg and private. For breakfast there was scrambled eggs/ omlett and coffee, optionally for an extra charge the breakfast can be expanded. The atmosphere at the large and well-kept pool is fantastic. Price performance top and recommended worldwide!

Located in the busier area of the island, we really appreciated how walkable everything was. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the accommodations. At night, the second door kept out street noise well. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The restaurant, cafe and sports bar downstairs had great food, drink and service . If you want to be close to the hustle and bustle, this is a great place to stay.
