A nice, spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped for an excellent stay and considering that it is a very large house the internet with a very good reception, the style is very own and beautiful according to Mérida, the pool is very nice and clean, widely recommended and at all times my host was helping me by responding and orienting me on any doubt. We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s since it our son’s wedding in Merida, we needed room for the grooms family and a place to relax. The home was spectacular and unique. The rooms all had AC and were huge! The bathrooms were amazing and the courtyards were peaceful and the pool area was perfect at the end of a long day with families. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended! Super quiet area, the house is as advertised. Carlos and Helga were very attentive from the first moment. The house is in good condition, and it is very spacious, especially if they go with groups, families or children! I hope to repeat it soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! Manuel was our host and he was very proactive in getting us trip, restaurant, and local attraction recommendations. He met us at the house to welcome us and was very helpful throughout our stay. The home is beautiful, well appointed and had everything anyone could possibly need. We felt like royalty and look forward to staying there again!

Large and quiet house with all appliances running. Clean bedding. The jacuzi outside also in order. Rodrigo is extremely professional and very polite. His tips regarding the surroundings were important and pertinent. At no time did it take to meet us and always did so in a cordial and objective way. Perta da casa has the Salvado Alvarado Stadium, where we did bodybuilding, running and swimming. There was also a fruit shop two blocks away. The Wall Mart was 1km away. The location is great and to get to Paseo Montejo is 1km and to the center is 2.5km. The city is all flat. The heat decreased, we arrived in September and we left in December 2024. EXCELLENT STAY, RECOMMEND !!!

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

Excellent house, very spacious and very nice, comfortable and in a very good location, in addition to the communication with Faustino was very good and the one was very kind , we liked it a lot, we returned , the pool was very spacious , the bedrooms were also very nice in terms of the climate since the house has a good architecture. It has everything you need to have a good break .

We had a wonderful stay. Paula was responsive and entertained different arrival times of our guests. A bit pricey but worth the location, pool, and # of rooms. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and they were delicious.

We had to leave another place on short notice and Oscar had a place available. When we arrived he informed me that he had made an error and the 2 bedroom listed wasn't available but we could stay next door. I was floored. It had a large open foyer and was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and was more than I expected He met us at the place even though he was supposed to be at a party. Very attentive, even wishing me happy birthday. I would definitely book with him again. The location couldn't be better in my opinion as it is walking distance from everything you may want to do. It was a great stay

You seem to be away from the city for the privacy of the very pleasant and enjoyable place. If you want to feel inside Mérida with a relaxed atmosphere it's the place.

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

Magnificent place to stay. Impeccable and very comfortable. The host was very attentive and provided us with very clear instructions. The pool was clean and in perfect condition, as well as the whole house, which has very accessible spaces, I stayed with my 3 year old son and he was the one who most enjoyed the pool area. Additionally it is very close to the centennial zoo, as well as Santiago Park, which is a plus! I definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Casa Santiago is a true oasis that our family enjoyed to the fullest. Benjamin's communication was always timely and easy-going and he gave us a thorough tour when we arrived to ensure we knew how to work the washing machine and refill the water tank, etc. The house is lovely, the courtyard is stunning day and night, the pool provides a welcome respite on hot afternoons, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. We also really appreciated the finer details like the welcome flowers, fruit bowl, and beverages as well as the separate shower and pool towels. And finally, the house binder is definitely worth reading through as it has some great recommendations for your stay in Mérida, which is a great city and a perfect jumping off point for any number of fun activities!

This home is luxury comfort, offering a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces that captures the essences of Mexico Yucatán living. The center courtyard has a great wall water feature creating a tranquil ambiance and all spaces have multiple ceilings fans which keeps air moving and the house comfortable. The three bedrooms are nestled on the second floor with two of the bedrooms boasting private patios. With 3 adults and 2 kids we comfortably enjoyed our stay with easy walks to the city center for amazing foods and shopping. Communication was great with easy check-in/out. The house truly has it all and we’ll definitely book again without looking at other places…Superb!!

We had a wonderful stay at Flor's place. The place is small but very charming and it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The glass ceiling really gives it a unique feel. What really shines are the 3 amazing terraces with all kinds of plant life. A lot of thought and sweat equity was put in to create such a fine and peaceful place. The dipping pool is an added bonus after a day of walking around in the Merida heat. One caveat: the spiral staircase requires that you are mobile and not too wide. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Santiago Market and 12-15 minutes from Santa Lucia Park or Plaza Grande. As for hosting, Flor was very helpful and quick to answer all messages we sent and in person, she is truly a delightful person and her family is as well. Our conversations with Flor were always a pleasure. She is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend. Additionally, she has a fantastic eye for design as can be seen by the way she decorates both inside and out.

The ideal place if you go with your family, the area is quiet and well located. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond if you have any questions. And they left us a welcome bottle of water 💖

Fantastic tranquil spot in the heart of Merida. The courtyard area is stunning and allowed us to relax in our own private area, with only the beautiful birds for company. The building has been well preserved with stunning 19th Century large doors and high ceilings. The place is enormous and we only used a fraction of the space. Myr and Sam were very helpful and responsive, including when we had problems with our flight which meant we checked in late. The grand plaza is around a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute taxi) away so it was a great base to explore the city. Thank you Myr and Sam for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
