Monthly Rentals in Chiang Mai

Nice, clean and safe apartments at a good, central location in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Great facilities like a 7-Eleven, laundry, scooter rental, and two massages all within 50 meters of the front door. Wifi is neither fast nor stable, so not suitable if you need to do work from here. Some music and noise at night from the nearby bars. Flexible check-in with the 24-7 guard house even if you arrive very late at night. Aircondition works well and having a fridge for cold drinks is appreciated.

Beaut is easily one of the most responsive and hospitable hosts i’ve ever met on Airbnb. it’s truly what makes an experience so much more homely and special. despite the (uncontrollable) issues that popped up along the way, Beaut never failed to address them promptly and helpfully. this location is also perfect for anyone looking to recharge or work from! great food, massage/gyms nearby — highly, highly recommend :-)

Fantastic! Great spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet place to stay. Tucked down the end of a soi inside the old city. ~15min walk to Chiang Mai gate (great local market there) ~3min walk to 7-11. Also, great amenities for such a small space. Looking forward to staying here again when in Chiang Mai.

I loved my stay at this place! the hosts even picked me up at the airport, communication was great and the apartment was clean and I felt like home. :)
