Very nice size and peaceful space! Comfy and clean.

Wonderful apartment rental in a great neighborhood of the city. Standouts include the incredibly comfortable bed and nice amenities for food (microwave, kettle, fridge) and outdoor kitchen space. Only downside is the wifi doesn't work very well, but you can get a very cheap Thai phone plan to tether internet and you'll be fine. Overall a great stay, I will come stay again (had the best sleep of my life!!)

it was our third stay at Panida and it's always perfect , Panida and Anthony are perfect hosts, they suggest several activities and good restaurants to do. We'll go back next winter.

Very good accommodation for the price, close to the center, we did everything on foot. Bee Bee was always active when we needed her. I would recommend this place 100%, the room is quite large, we had a nice stay there. Thanks again to Bee Bee.:)

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

Review: I had a great stay! The room was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect—within walking distance to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Astra Sky River for 2 wonderful weeks. It was a great location. A short Grab ride or easy walk to the Old Town, but away from the crowds. There is a small shopping centre across the street with everything you need (7Eleven, pharmacy, food). The apartment is well located within the building, clean, nicely decorated and looks onto a quiet neighbourhood. The view of the city and mountains is incredible. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave and hope to return someday.

Lovely place. Great Location. Cool AC and good wifi (three of us were working remote). We especially enjoyed the rooftop area in the evenings - once the sun went down. Very helpful staff on hand. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. Very close to several markets (morning & night). Only minor issue with the room was that the refrigerator did not work very well - but not much of a concern as we ate out almost every meal. We would definitely stay here again.

You can open the stomach. It's not clean. It's a yando. Shu Young-jang. The space is spacious, and the two rooms and two bathrooms are an advantage.

I absolutely loved my one month stay at Amy's. The room is large, clean, & nicely decorated. As an added bonus my room had a lovely balcony to be enjoyed. The location is incredibly peaceful & has many good places to eat nearby. Its also a short distance to the old city & Maya Mall. More than anything though it was Amy, Bee, & Yen that made my stay amazing. Amy is wonderful and has a wealth of information about the area and what's going on. Bee & Yen are so kind and helpful. It was very nice to have the cafe and workspace in the same spot. Bee makes great coffee and Yen amazing handicrafts. Amy really does alot and has a lot going on here. If you don't stay here, I'd suggest checking it out (Creativitea/& coworking) I'm super grateful for my time there. I can't wait to return and will miss them til next time. It felt more like family& friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It went by way too fast! Definitively recommend booking if available 🤗

Spent two weeks here. Perfect option for one person. Very cool area with the mall, market and lots of cafes nearby. Quite a big room, good big tv. Bed is good, don’t really hard already :) Room is dark, yes. Like, really dark. I had to switch on all the light and it was still darkish. But except that - great.

Stayed with kids for 11 days and must give a good review.The apartment is conveniently located near the old city, and there is a 7-11 downstairs.This apartment has a direct view of Shangri-La.It doesn't feel too good to have breakfast on the balcony every day.There is also a particularly nice apartment owner, the communication went smoothly and answered my various travel questions, especially thank you!A little gift for the kids was too attentive.Will definitely be back in Chiang Mai next time!

This place is absolutely beautiful! I feel very comfortable. Best sleep in Chiang mai. The host is fantastic. Highly recommended

Nice place. A little bit far from the central area of Chiangmai but the transportation is convenient. The furniture and appliances in the room is ok though not too fine. A little noisy in the daytime but quite at night. It’s a little surprise that the gym room has its own WiFi. Most of all, the host is excellent.

We had a great stay at the apartment! From the moment I've made the booking Walter replied to all the questions I have had and was easy to communicate witn. Then, everything was exactly as described. We were picked up by Ohm at the agreed time from our previous accommodation in Chiang Mai and within a few minutes checked into into the apartment. We loved the older building compared to the new condo where we stayed before and we thought it had a lot of character, so did the apartment. Everything was clean and thoughtfuly prepared for our stay - we didn't have to contact our hosts not even once during our stay- that well thought it was! The location was also great for us as we could walk everywhere. We did not swim in the pool, even though it looked nice but we used pool area for exercise. At the end of our stay Ohm dropped us off at the airport which is not taken for granted either! Thank you Walter and Ohm for making our last days is Chiang Mai so comfortable and enjoyable:)

For me...traveling alone and working online The Leaf was perfect. Everything is very clean and everything works. Shower is hot,fridge is big, internet is strong and never drops, it's very quiet. There are bicycles available and plenty of good restaurants not far from the property. The owner is the nicest and kindest man i have met in Chiang Mai. I will be back there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Angie's airbnb. It had everything I need. The bed was confortable, the shower was great and the location is one of the best in Nimman. I hope I can stay in this airbnb again in the future. Thanks Angie.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

A place like home, one of my favorite stays in Chiang Mai for many years.The owner is very friendly, often willing to provide warm help and travel advice, the room is as described, very neat, fully equipped, the internet speed is very good, and there is a large TV where you can watch Netflix, there is a washing machine available in the lobby, the rooftop can dry your clothes and is a comfortable place to watch the sunset.There are 7-Eleven and Mini BigC in the neighborhood, lots of local food stores, and the large Big C, Makro and Lotus if you're a little further away, which is very convenient.Although the location is not the main tourist area, it is very close to the airport, as long as you have a car, it is still very convenient to get to various tourist spots, there is parking outside the door, and the owner also offers bicycle rental, which can be counted as a one-stop service.In summary it is a very good value place to stay and will stay again next time.

very nice place, unfortunately we did not stay I'm the room advertised as it had a leak but we got another condo and it was fine. The location is great if you have a bike. would stay here again.
