Apartment vacation rentals in Chiang Mai

It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

Jeffrey’s place is truly an oasis with peaceful, quiet and beautiful surroundings, we felt at home immediately when arriving. The apartment is fantastic, it’s very bright, has high ceiling and open space which makes it so comfortable to even just stay home and relax. The kitchen is very well equipped with toaster, airfryer, rice cooker, microwave, pots, pans and all the basics for cooking your own food. I often find that many airbnbs doesn’t have enough kitchen utensils that makes it comfortable making your own food but here it’s well stacked. Last but not least, Jeffrey is a really welcoming and friendly host who always have fun stories to share. We also had some problems with a chair that was broken and he didn’t hesitate to help us exchange the chair immediately. Unfortunately we had to leave since the place was fully booked but we will be back. Thank you Jeffrey for an amazing stay!!

Great studio in a fantastic location within Nimman. Mam is very welcoming and helpful to assist with any help needed. The accommodation has two balconies, one in the sun and one is shade and these provide lots of natural light. The wifi is also a decent speed.

John has good communication skills, keeps the refrigerator well stocked with breakfast and drinks, and is a very considerate host!

We absolutely love your condo! The huge couch and the layout of the TV facing the bed are perfect – who wouldn’t enjoy lounging and watching TV in total comfort? The smart partition door between the bedroom and living room is genius too! One of us prefers sleeping with the AC blasting while the other doesn’t, but closing the door halfway lets us perfectly balance the temperature. The space is compact yet amazingly well-equipped.

This place was exactly what our family needed! Close to everything and less than 10min drive to night market. Ben was extremely helpful and responsive. All staff members at the property were so halpful and kind. Cannot not recommend this place enough! Best views and don't even get me starred on the pool! just beautiful! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

The room was clean and had all the facilities. Very happy with the washing machine, the air conditioning worked very well! Furthermore, nice room and good contact with the host. She is very customer-friendly, quick to respond and comes with all the tips on what to do nearby. Pool was great with a beautiful view and the gym is very good for hotel terms!

Loved our stay here- got beautiful views of the city and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Close to the night bazaar and easy to get taxis for longer distances. Xiyuan was very proactive in her communication and gave us clear check in instructions.

If you have 6 stars, I'm so satisfied that I want to give it to you:) From the check-in process to the checkout, they responded with kindness and promptness, and the accommodation was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was cozy and fluffy, and the bedding also smelled clean and❤️ good. From the moment I checked in, the accommodation smelled good!! Needless to say, I was able to spend an exciting time in the downtown area. The refrigerator performance of the accommodation was good, so I was able to drink plenty of really cool water and beer, and the host prepared enough extra bottled water and necessities. There was no inconvenience with the wifi connection, and everything was perfect. The space was spacious, so there was no inconvenience at all for two people to stay. Cleaning utensils were also prepared, so I was able to keep it clean, and there was enough laundry detergent and kitchen utensils, so there was no inconvenience at all. It was so comfortable and comfortable like home that I wanted to extend it more, but it was a pity that I couldn't extend it because there was a reservation behind it. We will make happy memories. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Chiang Mai. I'll have to book for 3 weeks or more this time. I'll see you again next time🙏💕

This was a great room to stay. Although it is a bit of walk up to 4th floor but I have no problem to manage that. Surrounding has easy access to great restaurant and night market. Host respond fast. I love my time of stay.
