Delightful apartment, just like in the photos. Good location, lots of businesses and restaurants nearby. We felt really at home here. 10/10 nothing to complain about.

Air BNB was very convenient to the beach. Comfortable living space. Has a kitchenette and large walk in shower. There is a swim up bar and a restaurant. Not too far from shopping and other restaurants. Norma is very helpful. I would stay again.

Everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. Close to Cancun Fun. 5-10min walk to all the major attractions like Coco Bongo and lots of restaurants. Huge plus you are literally 4min walk to a huge grocery store to get everything you need. I'm saving this location for my next visit. You can travel the whole hotel zone via public transportation super cheap, easy to get the hang of it.

The place was very easy to find, Gabriela provided us with very detail instructions for our check in and check out. She was always available to help us . The place was very clean and private. Will definetely come back...

Great Host and Apartment! Simple but efficient! Air conditioning is much appreciated. The only black dot is the fact that there is no hot water in the bathroom (except for the shower thankfully) and in the kitchen otherwise everything perfect and very well placed!

Great little place, the decorating was cute and original. Had everything we needed- except ice(no freezer!) but the neighbors were kind and helped us out. Was nice and quiet for being only half a block from Hidalgo! we recommend and would stay again.

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Really enjoyed staying Ana's beautiful, modern, and private studio, in a gated community. My goal was to explore how it felt to be a resident, instead of a tourist. A huge benefit was how close everything was: supermarket, pharmacy, corner store, and transportation. I did not need a car! As a very light sleeper, I enjoyed how quiet it was at night. I have already recommended Ana's studio to several of my friends.

Everything is excellent, if you are visiting Cancun and planning to stay with Leo you do not miss the opportunity, super attentive and available for any situation, everything clean and everything necessary for our stay and above all cozy and suuuper nice and modern

I stayed in this place for 2 weeks in December. It was a very smooth stay. The place itself is very cozy and has the essentials for a short stay. The neighborhood is safe and the street is clean. I would stay in this loft again. Highly recommended!

Pedro was a very attentive owner and responded to all our questions with agility. We had a problem with the shower water heater that Pedro quickly solved it. The apartment has the proper space for 1 couple and the kitchen equipped for basic meals. The location is very good and quiet, very close to the ADO bus terminal, supermarket and a few minutes walk to several great restaurants and craft centers.
