Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cabarete

We stayed from January 4-18th and absolutely loved it! Apartment was clean and very well equipped. The location was very quiet and ground floor unit fantastic. I have already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back!

The location is very walkable with great restaurants and shops available. Maria was an absolute great host with excellent client service. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly beautiful and peaceful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how well-maintained the property was lush greenery, elegant architecture, and tranquil surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

It is not often that an Airbnb looks better in person than it does in the pictures but this was the case for Alexander's place. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided everything needed for a beach vacation. The location of the house is perfect; it had some great restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice community pool and waterpark. It was also a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful Sosua beach. Alexander was a fantastic host. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful with some unexpected trip delays we encountered. We had a great experience and we would stay here again.

I have been traveling to DR many years and stayed in many villas. This is the best by far. The photos did not do the villa justice. It was better than expected. Definitely stay here again. Property manager, Alvaro, was great! He even got me a nice rental car and was very responsive.

The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. This was a great stay for our family. We loved the pool and pool table big tv in family area great place. We slept well quiet and safe area !!!

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Very clean and attentive service by the rental staff. Efficient restaurant reservations. I have stayed in Cabarate over the past decade and Seawinds is up there with the best accommodations. Adding a more consistent pool bar would be my only suggestion, but Tuva bartenders, when they are there, are amazing.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

The apartment is very beautiful, bright, and well-decorated. Everything was clean, nothing was missing, and everything was working well (my only criticism was that the TV had very few channels available, which was a bit of an issue to keep my young child entertained while we were there). It is located right in front of the ocean (although you can't access the water in that area), and you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves all the time. In fact, for sleeping, it's like therapy! It is situated in a very peaceful area, away from the center, although you can reach Sosua and Cabarete in just a few minutes by car. The host is proactive and responds quickly.

A very clean and lovely Airbnb equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Paolo was also a great host. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing vacation.
