This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Excellent place. The villa is very spacious and was in impeccable condition. I highly recommend it. It has a pool area with a beautiful garden. Each room has its own bathroom and are quite spacious. The place is very quiet and pleasant.

I do not believe the photos do justice to actually what you are paying for. Starting with the actual location of the villa. The residential community is up-kept very well so driving up to the house was already a picture perfect moment. The house itself was everything we wanted and more. The inside was very well maintained and clean. We had all rooms available and there was only two of us. We slept in every room during our stay and all rooms have comfy beds with AC that make for a pleasurable sleep. Every room has a bathroom with a shower. There are no bath tubs, however is one necessary when there is a pool and consistent warm weather? All appliances are included for cooking and there are many local restaurants if you prefer not to cook. The pool is fantastic and probably goes to 5-6 ft deep. You can grill. There are people that come throughout the stay to clean the pool. These are the workers for the whole community. They are friendly and do not interrupt. Cant wait to book again!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruslan's villa! The check-in process was seamless, and Ruslan kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a big help as our flight landed at 10 AM, even though check-in was officially at 2 PM. The pool was cleaned every morning, and everything in the villa worked perfectly. We were delighted with our stay and highly recommend Ruslan's villa. We'll be booking this place again for our future trips!

My family enjoy our time spent at the villa. Everything was wonderful and great. The garden views on the pool area were very relaxing. Backyard, feels like you in the country side. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. James was a fantastic host, check in & check out were a breeze. Beautiful home with high ceilings and an open concept. The location is amazing within a beachfront neighborhood with direct access to the beach and walking distance to everything one could want. Highly recommend.

Overall a really nice stay. Showers worked well and lots of open space and private area. It could have used a nice mopping and wipe down/dusting. Check in and check out was simple. And well priced.

Upon arrival, it immediately felt like a nice and safe Very friendly security at the gate. We have experienced the stay as very positive. Got our holiday feeling on arrival right away. The host Taylan is very hospitable and you can contact him with any questions. The location of the villa is perfect,everything is very easily accessible by car(rental)or the shuttle bus where the villa is located. This villa is certainly subject to repetition for us. We got married at the barefoot beach pad and it was everything we could ever hope. We absolutely loved the staff and everyone was SO helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
