We stayed in Hut#3 and it’s exactly what you see in what you get! It’s absolutely beautiful. The view and the skylights are awesome. It was an easy check in. Host was always quick to respond prior to arrival with my questions, and whenever we needed a ride to the stores or restaurant they responded right away and came and got us! The beach is beautiful, the water is great. Very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely come back! We have traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of places and this was spot on what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations!

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

This place was exactly 💯 what was advertised. The host was exceptionally responsive with communication and had assistants a text away respond for any needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment within walking distance to the strip with all the clubs, bars and restaurants.

We've been visiting DR for 4 years now, and this was our favourite AirBnB and location. Immaculate apartment with very comfortable beds and pillows - has everything you could need. The grounds were well kept, amazing pool, and the restaurant on the grounds had excellent food at very reasonable prices. The beach is amazing and not crowded with excellent snorkelling. Within 30 minutes drive you can access numerous other beaches with excellent snorkelling as well, lots to see and do in the area. If you're into kiteboarding or foils you can walk to the rental spot from this beach. Excellent stay!

Primero!! I have been coming to CDC for over 20 years and typically rent a villa but decided to try a stay at Altos and was not disappointed! The location is excellent and the property is even better than the photos. John was very responsive and proactively helpful with all accommodations. I would definitely stay her in the future!

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.

We felt so much at home. Leo and team are like part of our family or maybe they made us part of their family. we never felt a difference. Leo was very accommodating and generous. Marleny is a great host. She's very attentive to all your needs. my flight didn't leave until 430pm but the check out time is 11am. i asked if i could extend until 2pm. she checked to see if the room were reserved. it wasn't and she said no problem. the condo is well maintained and in a great location, about 5 minutes walking distance from everything but still quiet. the beach is less than a minute walking distance. i'm definitely staying here again and would recommend it to anyone. also, i met the owner before i was leaving today. he seemed great guy.
