Great oceanfront apartment in the bustling town of Cabarete. Super location on the water in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, night spots and water sports all along the coast line. Maarja was a great host, super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!!

Carmen and her Husband Eddie were absolutely excellent! Very attentive of any needs or direction. And exceptional Host with class! The place boasted huge bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms and 2 balconies at a reasonable rate for my 10 day staycation. And the view over looking kite beach through the beautiful palm trees were absolutely jaw dropping with the sunset stealing all the beauty. AAA+

Had a great stay- there was a little miscommunication with the driver who took me directly to the condo instead of the check in area but once we got is sorted out everything was great - would definitely rent again- Thanks

We had a wonderful one-month stay at Giovanni's condo. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. For two weeks, we had 6 adults staying at the condo which was a little too cozy for us - the kitchen, dining room and living room are not really set up for this many people. The location of the complex is very private, quiet and secure - somewhat central to Sosua and Cabarete. If you like walking, we did find a small beach and a couple of restaurants that were close; however, most restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores are about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. The place was clean and came with drinking water and the basics for cooking and eating meals at the condo. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention when we arrived; however, Giovanni was very responsive to our messages and made the repairs that were possible. All-in-all, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this Airbnb rental.

Luis place was amazing! I felt right at home, and very private. Luis and his wife are very nice and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait for my next family trip! Definitely recommend Luis place!!!

The place is simply amazing! I went with a group of friends and it was wonderful!

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. A place close to the beautiful beaches of Sosua, just a few minutes away by car. The place as shown in the photos and fully equipped, both Catalina and Elaine were very responsive and with excellent recommendations for a wonderful stay! We will definitely return to this place💕🙌🙏🏽 Thank you for the attention received

Mark was an exceptional host. He makes a special effort to meet every guest's needs, from a deeply clean apartment to local recommendations to a comfortable, functional, well-priced space where everything is in good working order. Kite Beach Hotel has the best kiting beach in the area, combined with an excellent on-site restaurant, friendly staff, and a fun vibe for the whole family. It is also close to everything that Cabarete has to offer. Kite Beach Hotel is a wonderful spot (apart from one drawback - inconsistent pool maintenance) and the apartment is excellent - this is the second time we stayed on the property (in a different unit before), and we will likely return. Thank you, Mark, for an excellent stay!

host was awesome and had everything available that i could need even money exchange. The area was quite and peaceful. the place was neat and clean. it has everything u needed.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The beach was incredibly private. If I go back I will choose the room that faces the water. It is quieter and a little more private. But all in all it was a fantastic stay. Daret is one of the most wonderful people that I have ever met! The food in her restaurant is delicious. So were the margaritas😁

It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved the space it was cozy and very clean. It was my first time staying at this location and will definitely come back. Paola is super friendly and very helpful.

The stay with chris was better than expected, they welcomed us how their family, we enjoyed and met more people who were also staying in the place too, drank, comimos and charlamos, I would definitely rent this place again

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a spacious apartment with good facilities and security. Beautiful views of the bay from the terraces. Walkable to the beach and town. Denisa is a lovely host who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

I cannot say enough about the incredible accommodations and absolutely AMAZING staff … we were a group of 4 and from needing help to get access to a Dr and many other things - Facundo and Ana are TOP TIER managers … they respond quickly and effectively to any questions … staying at the Watermark was an absolute JOY and we look forward to coming back ASAP. 12 starts out of 10 !!!!
