If you are searching for a peaceful place to stay, this is for you. We only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and Pedro and all his staff were really friendly. We also visited the surrounding jungle with Pedro, which was a nice experience with a lot of information about the flora and Mayan civilization.

The hostel is very well located, a few blocks from downtown and about 10 minutes from the Ado terminal. The rooms are spotless and the common spaces as well. The atmosphere is youth hostel, with music and people sharing at the bar or around the pool, and the rooms give direct to this one, so you should consider that point when deciding to host here. Anyway, at 11:30 pm, they turn down the volume or turn off the music, which I thought was excellent for those who got up early for the tours.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to have fun and meet people. Great quiet location with lots to eat around and some nice coffee shops around. The room was nice bed really comfy, shower great and solid aircon. Also, pretty quiet. There’s a pool too which is great in the Merida heat. Stayed with my partner and we met a great group of people and made some friends.

Friendly host, decent room for price. Had a bit of trouble with the hot water but welcome to Mexico. Location is great! The temperature was somewhat difficult to control in the room (started the night off too hot and would wake up too cold) but the problem was resolved when we asked for extra blankets. Overall a great option for travellers who are looking for a simple affordable and friendly place to stay a few nights to explore the city.
