Very nice spot. More space than the six of us knew what to do with. We would absolutely stay again if we found ourselves in Merida. THANK YOU.

Okay this one is hard for me to write..... As far as the location, is great for me, very close to my family, the area is nice and very quiet for sure, now here are just 3 items I would like him to fix, cause it was a daily concern, at the time of our stay, it was quite cold, yes cold for Merida, which is weird, so my wife needed Hot water, and the Hot water was only available for 5 mins, next is the lighting for outside, very hard to see going into the room, finally the metal stairs, kind of scary, but all and all we did like the place, Erasmo is a very nice guy and helpful, that's why he's getting 5 Stars. The room is large, the bath room is huge, but needs better lighting for putting on makeup, and out dated, but at the end of the day, the room served it's purpose. I just think these minor details will improve this daily rental.

Terrific place with a spectacular private beach the we generally had to ourselves for the entire week we were there!

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming touches to make us feel at home. Appreciated the amount of towels, paper products, kitchen staples, water jugs. This home has it all, two outdoor spaces, nice pool, outdoor eating and lounging day or night. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for a short shower but more than enough for what we needed. Well equipped kitchen. As mentioned you need a car for this house. Great markets and convenience stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants in nearby Chicxulub or Progresso or Telchac, 10-15 min. Recommend the restaurant at Sayachaltun near Telchac and Osteria italiana 386. The beach is good for walking especially early morning low tide. During our stay there was a lot of sargassum. There is a breakwater at the beach directly in front of this house. Very quiet, bit of construction nearby nothing terrible. The neighbours were not in during our stay so it felt very private. Pool would always be private. Recommend!

The house was the most luxurious house we had during our Mexico trip. Very nice and clean. It is located directly at the beach. The beach is narrow but has loads of clams on it. The water is also very shallow, which was perfect for our toddler. There are not really lots of restaurants close but Telchac has a nice market and a super willy's. The house was quiet mostly. Only on Saturday night some other house nearby had party until eleven o'clock.

Me and my family had a wonderful week. The kitchen is really well equipped which we were able to make use of. The main town is about 30 mins walk along the beach where you will find a few restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Sara is the best, her attention to detail is outstanding! Casa Omero is absolutely beautiful! The Casa Omero team (yard, pool, cleaners) are top notch! I did NOT want to leave. Would love to come back with my family.

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pia in El Cuyo. The house is lovely and a very short walk to the beach and also a very easy walk to the center of town. You will definitely need bug spray (mostly needed at dawn and dust) so do not forget it. And make sure you bring all of your groceries with you from Tizmin or Cancun or Plata del Carmen or Tulum. Other than staples like beer and ice and milk you won't find very much to purchase in El Cuyo in the way of groceries. We enjoyed coffee at Brunos, a wonderful dinner at Cafe Mangle and an awsome breakfast (superb avocado toast with fried egg -- the best we have ever had anywhere) at the little cafe that is right off of the square with the turquoise door (sorry we cannot remember the name of the restaurant). Please take the opportunity to feed some of the street dogs and cats when you visit.

I was fascinated by the location, how peaceful the depa/house was. The host's attention 10/10, super friendly. The apartment spaces were clean, spacious, elegant! I would arrive again ✨🙌🏻

The apartment was nicely decorated and had very good views of the city. It had nice public areas on the roof including a bar, pool, and outdoor covered seating. We did have a plumbing problem, but Paulina responded immediately, had a plumber onsite very fast, and stayed fully engaged about the problem until it was completely resolved. We appreciated her great response to the problem. The apartment is an easy Uber ride to the Centro area. I highly recommend this apartment.

Jarek’s place was exactly what we were looking for a short stay: tastefully decorated, spotless, and off the beaten path. Instructions provided for arrival and getting into the place were thoughtful and helpful. We were very happy and look forward to returning!

We booked this Airbnb last minute and Francisco was very responsive (answering within minutes) and helpful with all my questions. I was working remote so I needed to make sure the internet was good, and it was great! I had no issues with speed or connection at all. The beds were really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean and fresh. The beach was beautiful, residents in the building cleaned the beach every morning so there was no sea weed or shells. The condo was really well designed, beautiful furniture, smart TV with netflix, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, the 4th bathroom near the kitchen smelt a bit like sewage, but it was very clean and we just kept the door shut so it didn't bother us. Finally the location was really easy to find, there are some restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and we used uber to visit Progreso which only cost like $3 CAD each time. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This place is AMAZING! Our family loved the nature and the pool, it’s gorgeous and relaxing but still not far from Merida (20 minute drive). Luis was very responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful. This stay is unreservedly recommended!

Super comfortable place to spend a good weekend with the family, very quiet and very close to Uman to make the necessary purchases. Recommended stay.

A very unique and lovely stay! Open-air style kitchen and dining area with a nice private pool and a garden. The cabin and parking area are gated and felt very safe. This airbnb is more on the rustic side (we couldn't figure out how to make the shower hot and there is no AC), but this didn't diminish from the stay! I will note that the neighbors were playing loud music until late into the night, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if this bothers you.

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

This place is an experience for sure! It is out in the jungle, and the room is fully enclosed in screens which allow the jungle sounds inside. The outdoor shower was really nice to use in the morning.. They also provided dinner options and drinks which we appreciated! The service was great, and breakfast was yummy. If you are scared of bugs- do not stay here! Hahah

A beautiful, well situated rustic cabin, that made us feel the real beach charm of El Cuyo. But more importantly, just about the best airbnb hosts I have come across in my decade of using this platform as a guest and as a host. Ximena solved our quandries, was responsive ans went above and beyond to help us feel heard and understood. you are in good hands here.
