Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

Lovely house, handy for railway station and parking space good. Taxis are also reasonably priced into York if guests have mobility challenges, and didn't have to wait long. House was lovely and warm and toiletries in bathroom appreciated. Lots of extra towels in bathrooms.

We booked at lunchtime to stay at the home that night. Within 5 minutes of booking we had received a message saying the home was ready and we could check in straight away. Less than 40 minutes after booking we had arrived and checked in. Everything in the home was as described. Everything was spotless. The home was warm and comfortable. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The bathroom was warm on arrival and the water pressure was perfect and the temperature pipping hot. The street had plenty of parking. It was well lit and a very quiet street with no traffic other than residents of the street. We felt extremely comfortable and the host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we need and seemed more than willing to address any issue if they had arised. 5 star home with 5 star hosts. Highly recommended.

highly recommend would stay again

We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

Great stay in Frank's place. Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming and with all the facilities you'd need. Check in information was clear and easy to follow. Definitely would recommend it for anyone visiting York. Thanks for a fab stay!

Our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of York and a short walk to York Minster, which we did every day to “check on her”! Eating places and pubs all close by and in the same street too. Just a wonderful experience in this beautiful medieval city. Highly recommend. And on a clear day you can see York Minster through the roof windows which was delightful.

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Came here with my wife was looking for something relaxing and private at the same time absolutely amazing place we really enjoyed our stay value for money the host Sadiya was so amazing really helpful gave us a tour guide of all the other rooms which was amazing and we already planning out our next visit soon

Perfect quiet location. Everything you could need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. I see the lift has been ooo for over 2 months. Less active people would struggle with the 68 steps up to the apartment. Overall well worth the money due to fabulous location to central York. A lovely spacious accommodation. (We were 4 Adults… all over 60)

Carole's place was perfect! close to the railway station and town - we were able to get about easily. The flat was beautifully presented, warm and comfy and Carole had left us some treats! Perfect for our weekend away :)

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everything was within easy walking distance and the private parking space was gratefully appreciated. Added little touches welcoming (coffee pods, nice selection of teas, fresh milk, toiletries etc) Communication was excellent and host very responsive. Would 100% recommend this apartment for your stay in York.

We chose Malton to celebrate a milestone birthday as it was described as the food capital of North Yorkshire. All I can say is, it certainly is true. With many restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of local independent shops to explore. We were looking for an apartment to stay centrally in Malton and Chiltern Place was ideal with its own free parking space. The apartment was exceptionally appointed and had everything you could need during your stay. A bottle of bubbly welcomed us on arrival which went down nicely thank you. Diane was readily available if we had any questions and responded quickly. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to visit North Yorkshire. Almost forgot to mention don’t forget to visit the sheep and cattle markets whilst in Malton.

A lovely 2b1b flat, perfect for a family weekend trip. Although it's close to the road and railway (not very busy ones), noise wasn’t an issue at all for me—I slept soundly. The only challenge I encountered was the location accuracy: the pin on the map wasn’t precise, and searching the first line of the address on Google Maps didn’t lead to the correct spot. Fortunately, I found it using the postcode—kudos to the UK's excellent postcode system! The location is quite convenient, about a 7-minute walk to the town centre—far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle yet still accessible. It’s also around a 15-minute walk from York train station. The heating system is strong and keeps the flat warm, especially in the bathroom. However, a minor quirk: the smaller bedroom tends to be warmer than the larger one, likely because the only temperature sensor is in the hallway. Overall, a great stay that offers fairly good value for money, with just a few minor quirks that are easy to overlook.

It was lovely to come back to this Airbnb. It's convenient and central. You don't have to travel too far to get to Hull or York. Robert as always was a great host and I would 100% recommend and would come back again

Fabulous apartment in a great location - a few minutes walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and can see the Minster as you come out the front door. Sainsbury's and Asda are near by as are various small supermarkets for picking up a few bits. It felt very safe to be walking home in the evening. The apartment is great, comfortable bed, nice shower, TV worked easily, I really appreciated the dark blinds in the bedroom and slept well. Very stylish and good value for money - it was perfect for visiting my daughter at University and I will definitely stay again. The combination of the location and the lovely apartment makes it a brilliant option if you're in lovely York.

I felt very lucky to have found this lovely air b&b. After staying at another air b&b before hand, this was everything I needed! Sue was friendly & welcoming, it was like home from home! Thank you so much for our lovely little stay, the b&b was very well thought out & very generous hospitality!

Our stay in York was made 100 times better by this gem of a place. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and beyond expectations. The view was incredible, and the location was great. Super easy check-in. Great living area to lounge and rest in between touring the city.
