This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Ideal for a romantic getaway. I felt like we were on our second honeymoon.

Amazingly beautiful place! Pure white sand and excellent snorkeling. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. Plenty of comfortable beach chairs. I was here last year and enjoyed it so much that I went back this year.

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us!

This house is exactly as advertised. A quiet house right on the beach. Kind of like camping. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were without air conditioning. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions.

It is in a nice secluded and quiet area. The house is nice and well kept. There are quite a few resort/bars near. Keep in mind it is about 40min golf cart ride away from San pedro.

Tuto is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are very hospitable, friendly, sweet, and kind. It is away from the crowded tourist streets but close enough to hang out in town when you want to
