Any questions or items that came up were answered or resolved immediately. If you are looking for a location between the beach and downtown with a neighborhood feel, this will one bedroom will treat you well. Perfect for those who want a quiet retreat in the middle of Wilmington. The deck was a delight in mornings and the evenings. Would definitely book again.

This AirBnB was phenomenal. From the responsive, accommodating, and always helpful communication, to the perfect location. You can walk out the front door and be in the middle of restaurants, bars, and everything downtown has to offer. The perfect placement shouldn’t cause worry for noise as the apartment is perfectly situated in a peaceful area that is quiet and relaxing at night. We will be back to this cozy and relaxing AirBnB!
