Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Wānaka

Kathleen’s place was perfect for our needs. We only had a couple days in the wanaka area after going through the hustle and bustle of queenstown. We enjoyed wanaka and Kathleen’s place very much. Just a short little trip into town. Only about 5 minutes by car and away from the busyness

Only found out that the place was a motel/hotel and not a private rental on the day we were supposed to check in after trying to communicate through the Airbnb app, which I usually use when renting through Airbnb. But the place was really positive a nice place🤗

This is a gorgeous, high-end rental. Even better in-person. Owner has impeccable taste. Modern tile flooring throughout, beautiful area rug in living room & wall-to-wall wool carpeting in the bedroom. Everything looks brand new & upscale. Bathroom super stylish with with Calacatta style tile. Really appreciated having a washing machine with detergent provided. No clothes dryer but a drying rack is provided & it was a sunny day. Shampoo & conditioner provided. No body wash. Perfect location. 3.5 blocks to the lake. Took me less than 5 minutes to walk. Great deck. Backyard is amazing with a stream that flows through the yard! It is so lush with so much greenery including ferns & beautiful hydrangeas. I left the window open at night just to hear the stream. Neighboring homes can somewhat see into the yard but no privacy problem for me. AC located in the living room area only. Two apartments are located on this parcel. This is better of the two. Yard not shared with the other unit. 10/10!

Lovely place to stay, the hot pools were so soothing, and they have a sauna!!

Great facilities, great food, friendly and very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return. Thank you.
