This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. Spacious new holiday home, warm with lovely views

5 year old house with double garage & lovely open plan living area with large deck area. The kitchen is well equipped. It's superbly warm with underfloor heating system & loads of all day sun. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.
