Excellent location in Ali’li drive near magicsands beach . 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our two days over Christmas was there. Rebecca was super helpful with information.

We have been staying with Kaleo and her team at her various properties for corporate travel and she is very responsive if anything is needed. The location is safe for solo travelers and close to amenities. Her properties are always our first choice when traveling in the area.

Comfortable condo in a great complex near downtown Kona. The saltwater pool and “beach” area right next to the ocean was awesome and perfectly located for beautiful sunsets. We stayed over Christmas and the building was doing a Christmas Eve gathering with live music and drinks and a great community feel; made me want to retire here! Cabana area, grills were very convenient. Shared laundry room was convenient too. 10 min walk from Green Flash coffee shop with great coffee and good sandwiches. A bit longer walk into town (~25 mins) or a super quick drive. Only minus was floors/walls are a bit thin and we were woken up early every morning by a kid running around in the unit above us. Overall loved the location and especially the outdoor pools & amenities.

We stayed at 4 Airbnbs during our 11 day stay in Hawaii and Maile and Vlad’s was by far our favorite! The location was perfect and lots of really good restaurants around!! They had kids the same ages as my kiddos so playing with them was a hit also :) We would love to be back in the future

I had an amazing 4-night stay at Desi’s property—it was evident that the rental is managed by true professionals who prioritize guest satisfaction. Communication with Desi was incredibly prompt and seamless, making the entire process from booking to check-out stress-free. The property was immaculate, well-equipped, and exactly as described, showcasing Desi’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend Desi’s property to anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed, and enjoyable Airbnb experience.

Zack and Joyce went above and beyond. We arrived late, after stores closed and Joyce offered to pickup food so we’d have something to eat after we arrived. We were greeted with many extras (gifts and goodies). Joyce met us in the driveway to ensure we found her house which was easy to find with GPS. They are exceptional hosts and we appreciated our stay.

Of all the places we have stayed over the years, this one by far, had it all. It felt like home the second we walked in. Dani was there to meet us upon arrival. Parking was easy and well marked. Getting in and out of the apartment was so easy. It was very private and quiet. The pool and yard were both beautiful. Great large apartment felt so comfortable. Dani was great with checking in by text to see if we needed anything. She had great dining suggestions and activity suggestions. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect. Did really need AC but it was available if needed. They thought of everything. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and a gas grill too. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear all provided. Dani made sure we knew the volcano was erupting and gave us great tips. We got to see it and it was an amazing experience. So much to do on this island with the perfect place to stay. We’d love to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Good communication and offered extras like beach needs if we wanted them. Let us drop our bags off early though we ended up not taking him up on it.

Perfect for a solo traveler. Loved the ocean themed decor, the kitchen was fine, shower and bath clean and pretty. Comfortable bed, fan was very nice. Beautiful garden! Host offered beach toys, chairs, etc. Short drive to the best snorkeling on the island at Kahulu’u Beach Park. Would definitely come again!

Thanks Megan And Vicent for a great stay and high recommend! We'd definately return. The photos accurately represent the top-floor space, which was quiet and private—we rarely heard our hosts downstairs. They were friendly, checked in a couple of times during our weeklong stay, and provided excellent communication throughout. The space was very comfortable, with a large common area, spacious bedrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. The lanai was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for our exploring the island.

Kathleen was a great host. Her tropical getaway was a peaceful oasis where we could fall asleep to the coqui frogs and wake up to roosters. It was a shared space with people living upstairs and on the land but still felt VERY private. You definitely get a hefty dose of nature but luckily all the bugs and animals stayed outside of the living quarters, which was really great. We asked for more coffee at one point and she made sure she brought us some and was very proactive in taking care of our needs and ensuring we had the best possible stay. This was a very desirable home away from home for us to enjoy our beautiful vacation.

Lovely place, loved chatting with Nate. I had a fall soon after landing and would have had a ruined trip without his help. Lovely fruit trees, very tasty. Thank you for the papaya. Location is very convenient, i avoided traffic going to the boat harbor in the morning.

The property is very unique with a waterfalls and the sound of frogs at night. It is a real paradise. Darin is a very personable host and enthusiast about his place. We didn’t want to leave.

Mele was an incredible host during our stay. Her instructions on how to get to the airbnb were clear, making the property easy to navigate. We appreciated the ice ready to go in the freezer, the stocked bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, and aloe among other things, and all the beach amenities available. We also enjoyed the location, as it was out of the chaos of the city, yet getting anywhere was only a 10-20 minute drive. The wifi worked great, and we did not have any issues with reception even though the airbnb is located in a more rural area. Would recommend!

We love staying at the Fairway Villa's and Jen's place was great! Loved being able to walk right out the back door to go on a walk or head to the pool. Can't beat the location for walking to the Kings Shops and Queens Market. Everything we needed in the kitchen as we like to cook and loved having chairs, boogie boards and cooler back pack to take to the beach! Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Marni was very helpful and quick to answer. Would highly recommend.

We were amazed with the view, pool, going to sleep with the sound of the ocean. We even visited the Living Stones church just across the street and everything was better than expected. As for improving on our experience, it is hard to find anything to complain about. The gas bbq heats unevenly so that could be updated however that was a minor inconvenience in light of the exceptional experience we had staying at this beautiful condo. Thank you Maryann & Perry for making are stay amazing!

Eric’s apartment was a great home base for our 3 week visit on the big island! He was helpful when figuring out groceries since we landed on Christmas Eve and helping us get boogie boards for our kids. The pool was great for our kids and close to the golf course. Would definitely stay there again!

Allyson was an angel. She was so helpful when we were stranded. She supported us as much as she could and checked in while on vacation. Allyson was a great communicator and very supportive. We will definitely connect with her again about any future vacations. Thank you so much for all your help, you really saved our vacation!!

Great place to stay with kids! The one bedroom unit was very spacious. It was tidy, free of clutter, and felt safe. Kitchen came equipped with all the things we needed to cook meals for ourselves. Appreciated the packets of coffee and cleaning supplies!

Highly recommend! Exactly as described. We utilized the free shuttle to town quite a bit! Only runs once an hour but highly recommend. Condo was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything and more! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Communication was a 10/10.

A wonderful property overlooking the golf course. We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space, quiet surroundings, and 2 great pools. The bbq on the lanai was perfect for dinner outside. Also, walkable to the grocery store, shops, Lava Lava beach club, and the beach. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this home.
