Vacation home accommodations in Viterbo

Getting to know Fausto was a pleasure ! Always kind and helpful. The house, with a nice comfortable and sheltered private parking, starts after about ten steps. A small terrace guards the entrance. I found the living area very comfortable and spacious, the rooms and the bathroom very clean (essential). I recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Orvieto and choose not to stay within the walls, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

This location and apartment were perfect for our stay , we got all that we needed and would recommend this place for anyone considering it. Wonderful !

A stunning cabin amidst tall trees, flowers and a huge, well-kept yard. Gate directly from yard to lake. It feels like a fairy-tale home. Antonella is lovely and always available. The house is fully equipped and pampering. AC in each room. The place is definitely similar to the photos and even exceeds them. The lake is quiet and pastoral and really feels like a private beach. Flexible and simple check-in. You can come at any time and the keys will be in a small safe to the left of the gate. There is parking inside the property grounds. In conclusion, a perfect place!

Stefano was a wonderful host - very responsive to messages and offered recommendations of places to eat and things to see in Viterbo. The apartment was so cute and cozy!

Beautiful private villa, with beautiful views all around, large garden, plenty of space and tranquility. Super friendly owners. Capodimonte was a great getaway for the evening. Recommended for this area!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, despite being there later than announced. There was even a parking spot left for us. From the bedroom you have fantastic views of the lake of Bracciano. Although the apartment is not big, it has everything you need. Especially the bathroom is not very large but that did not bother us. Maria Cristina is a host who is very happy to think along with you and want to help you. She even offered to take us to a wedding that we couldn't find a taxi for! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and evocative house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and hustle and bustle. Although we are sure that, for the services offered (pool, grill, garden) in summer it is even more exceptional, we had a great time. It's all as described. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He warmly welcomed us and made himself completely available. In the house he visited us some insects but it is more than normal given the location, it would have been strange the opposite. Overall a great stay.

The house was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Situated in a beautiful village, with stunning views. Communication was excellent as were recommendations and advice sought and given. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and well equipped as was the kitchen. The air conditioning was brilliant and was separate, one in the living area and another in the bedroom, so both didn't need to be running at the same time. Eleonora couldnt have been more helpful, but also respectful of privacy. The highlight for the family was the large pool, that our three teenage sons spent most mornings in. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore rural Italy. It was also easy for us to get into Rome twice on the train. Having access to a car was necessary.

Oasis of peace surrounded by nature. We stayed at the villa to celebrate an intimate and quiet New Year's Eve. Super-stocked pet-friendly house, great attention to detail: Cristina prepared us for wood for the fireplace and barbecue, bathroom sets... all very appreciated! Beautiful villages to visit nearby. Fantastic stay!

Alessandro's place is located in the center of Blera, it is modern and renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need ( you just have to be careful to bring some things if you plan to cook, sponges, dish soap...). Blera is a great location to visit all the cave necropolis and the many trails in the surrounding woods. Communication with Alessandro and the availability of his staff for information, help, etc were excellent! The only downside is that the bedroom has no window, but this is a tuff country house with the classic conformation of these structures. The balcony outside in the loggia was much appreciated! Thank you for everything! Recommended to visit Tuscia, comfortable and comfortable!

After our booking, we were warmly welcomed through the site by the hostess who is useful information about the house, the route and the area. The house offers plenty of opportunities to be together and retreat. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom is pleasant and the kitchen is well equipped. In short, the house, the hospitality but also certainly the surroundings have contributed to a very pleasant stay.

The attention received from the moment of the reservation request until the departure was really great. Thanks to Tatiana and Antonella for the availability, the Kindness the care with us here followed us. Not to mention all the amenities offered. We really felt at home. This is a beautifully spacious upstairs apartment in a great location. Looking out our windows to the street below was fun where it was busy with pedestrians including an occasional parade passing by. The interior court yard was peaceful & quiet. We were provided a really convenient space for our bicycles. The mass kitchen/dining area was astounding with lovely ceramic dishes and extensive cooking equipment. The apartment was very clean with wonderful furniture and artwork. Valerie was rapidly response to our needs & very generous. Everything was perfect. We would love to return someday.

Our stay was incredible and Alessandro and his wife were amazing hosts! They were incredibly nice, bringing us breakfast every morning, and they were always there for us. The place is beautiful and modern, the pool and the area outside are super clean and there is plenty of space. And having your own pedal court is the cherry on top. We definitely want to come back :)

My husband and I felt comfortable and safe at La Casa del Saraceno. We stayed one night before catching a cruise. The location is very good near the port of Civitavecchia. It has a washer and dryer which is a tremendous advantage in case you need to wash clothes. It also has air conditioning which works very well. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Massimiliano, the host, always answered all my messages immediately with great patience. He allowed me to check in early which was a great help since I needed to wash and dry clothes before the cruise. He also recommended a restaurant very close to the apartment that was one of the best if not the best of all the restaurants we visited in Italy during the previous 21 days (Cibus Hostaria Romana). I highly recommend this apartment. It has so many advantages.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. I have to say that it is really nice and attention to detail. Everything was perfect. The host was always available and we felt right at home. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. I only have one night, but I can say that the house is comfortable and very well stocked with everything beyond expectations (e.g. wet wipes, shower headphones, diapers and children's toys) all things that are not due. The location is indicated by Eliana the owner in a very detailed way, and it was very easy to get to the place. Sofa with third bed, very spacious. Everything was perfect.

Perfect apartment for a couple when visiting the area. Everything was in order, from the check-in details to the great location for access to restaurants and activities. Matteo responded quickly to any inquiries, but few were needed, thanks to the clear and simple provisions of the apartment. Great stay!

Milva’s Nest is a gem! It exceeded my expectations and would love to return. The location is tranquil and picturesque and just at the right distance from Orvieto. The house itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you need. Simona was kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
