Vacation home accommodations in Italy

Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

We were very well hosted by Daniela even though the check-in was a little chaotic with our GPS and the little information about the place, which is in the countryside. Daniela doesn't speak any English, which made things a little more complicated. But, we ended up finding it, that's the main thing. Upon arrival and departure, Daniela offered us Sicilian culinary specialties, which were very good and delicious fruit (special mention for almond cakes on the last day! ) The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, especially since we were alone in the rental, which includes two other apartments. The beds are very comfortable. In short, we really enjoyed this place because we were quiet. Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

Lidl 8 minutes walk. excellent welcome from Antonieta and Marco. They took the time to give us all the information about places to visit restaurants. Sandro is a fantastic host . Reliable , trustworthy , very kind and generous . He gave us amazing tips about the best beaches in the area , places to visit , restaurants and locations for nightlife. We loved the house which has got nice thick walls that help keeping cool indoor during hot days and very spacious with all the comforts . Sandro ‘s house is in a strategic position that allows you to reach any places from supermarkets to crystal waters beaches in a few minutes and it’s the perfect choice for those who want to have a genuine experience of Sardinia with not only the coast with stunning locations but also its beautiful inland areas . Very spacious accommodation, beach is just across the road and there is an outdoor shower to wash on your return, Some beach toys (Parasol, inflatable mattresses, recliners and beach towels etc) were provided. Marcello was very helpful in recommending great places to go, boat trips, historic sights etc. This is a very traditional Italian speaking area, not everyone speaks English so It's a good opportunity to learn some Italian. People are very friendly and helpful everywhere we went. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is 2 mirror image apartments joined together, you have 2 kitchens. The roof terrace is huge, with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area and plenty or chairs, recliners and hammocks. the roof terrace has a great sea and mountain view, great for sunset. The beach is a beautiful long sandy beach, not crowded.

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

We felt very comfortable in the house and huge garden - for our family of 5, the layout was perfect. In October, the temperatures were very pleasant, the vacation resort where the villa is located was hardly visited - most vacation homes were unused. As a result, it was very, very quiet - we could use the beach and the sports facilities (tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball) alone at any time. Only the mosquitoes we underestimated - there were very many and our children were covered with bites despite mosquito repellent. There were mosquito plugs in the house - that helped a little for the night. Otherwise, the area can only be explored by car - restaurants and shops were also accessible only by car at this time of year (off season), as some things already seemed closed. Overall a nice, quiet place to relax!

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness impeccable. One thing that particularly impressed me, making me really feel "at home", was the Easter decoration: simple, cute and thoughtful. Surely, if I find myself passing through, I'll know who to contact! I had the pleasure of staying in a really great apartment. From the entrance, the atmosphere is welcoming and attention to detail. The modern decor blends perfectly with stylish design touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Nice place to stay, in 2 minutes you will be on the beach. My absolute highlight: the incredibly warm ones. People there and Lu. Great communication! We had a baby with us and were allowed in earlier than agreed. Thanks for everything! ♥️

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Our vacation here was really wonderful! The Airbnb has an absolutely perfect location, a great garden and everything you need! The bed is large and comfortable and the instructions were very clear! Domenico was always very quick to respond to my messages, was very accommodating and easily provided us with extra towels. When our tire was flat, he supported us remotely and recommended us a mechanic at lightning speed. I would go on vacation here again right away!

I was planning a trip to Rome, comparing several B&Bs and thinking about it, and it was unnecessary. If you are thinking of only traveling to Rome while staying here, it would be a good idea to lighten your suitcase. Washing machine and dryer, fabric softener, and laundry detergent are all provided. Also, bread, two types of jam, Nutella jam, and espresso machine (the beans are the best)., There were coke, fanta, milk, 4 bottles of beer, and various types of cheese and butter in the refrigerator. There was nothing lacking in using breakfast every day before the start of my trip to Rome. In addition, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, and kitchen utensils were enough to make and eat food in the accommodation. The dishwasher was also useful ~ The cleanliness of the accommodation was at the hotel level. Towels were changed every day, and during the 5 nights and 6 days, the accommodation was cleaned whenever I wanted. You can pass by the Colosseum every day, or you can enjoy the atmosphere of Rome on the terrace. Except for the Vatican, many tourist attractions were all within walking distance. Ah. Late check-in is also possible for free, and you took care of your luggage for free after check-out, so please note. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay here again. It was much better than the hotel. The host was always kind and quick to meet any questions or needs I had, which made the place feel better. I want to go again. Accommodation, Rome. It's a place I want to give 10 and 100 stars, not 5 stars. (If you need to prepare anything, please bring shampoo, conditioner, foam cleansing, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Only shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.)

All this is reflected in the harmony of the rooms of his apartment, cared for in every detail, so as to make the guest feel at home. The title for Alessandra should be "Mega Host"! Congratulations!

If you didn’t know Stefano was an architect, you’d know a few minutes after being inside his beautiful house. The attention to detail, usability, and quality of renovation on this historic structure was exceptional. The home has everything you need. For example, we traveled across Italy for 2 months and this was the only home with a clothes dryer we found. The location of the home is perfect both for strolling the historic center of Locorotondo and for excursions to the many local attractions like Alberobello, etc. Try to plan your visit to include the weekly Friday morning market which is just outside your door. Stefano was an unbelievable host. We had a rental car breakdown and he picked us up late at night in the countryside when no taxis were available. We were so appreciative to know he had our back in an emergency situation when we didn’t speak Italian. A huge thank you to Stefano for sharing his lovely home and going above and beyond for his guests.
