Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Viña del Mar

My husband and I stayed for a month in Jaime and Monica's place and we had the most fantastic time. The home was really well laid out, very comfortable with 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a fantastic work space and a lovely, relaxing living area with a good sized terrace that we could easily relax or have a meal on. On it's own this would be great but house is full of light with floor to ceiling windows and the views across the bay and of the surrounding hills of Valparaiso are really incredible. We spent hours just looking and enjoying it. The house is in a great spot, just a couple of hundred meters up from one of Valparaiso's funiculars, so getting around the city is really easy, and the area around the house is really nice, very relaxed and pretty and we always felt safe. There are some great bars and restaurants really close by too. Another bonus is Sandra, the neighbour who holds the keys, she is so helpful and friendly and really made us welcome.

Highly recommended. Everything was available for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Details such as having coffee, shampoo, soap, among others, made our arrival more enjoyable. As a recommendation I suggest to put the numbering of the house visible so as not to comment on the error of ringing the front door bell and wasting time on the access.

Laura met us at the house and was so kind! The patio was amazing. The kitchen was full of Amenities. The washer & dryer were definitely a plus. Absolutely loved our time there!

beautiful view. very friendly and attentive. the property is spacious and with high quality furniture. full kitchen with accessories. good walking access to the beach through the staircase. parking with some difficulty of access for large cars or pickup trucks. very safe and comfortable apartment

I recommend the Depto, because apart from his excellent cleanliness, he had no scents of confinement, sheets and the smell of the bed to new. The beautiful sea view and all its pristine furniture.

THE DEPTO IS WELL LOCATED, IT IS VERY NICE AND CARED FOR. THE BUILDING IS SAFE AND THE ROOFED CARPORT HAS GOOD ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION. QUIET AND FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. NEARBY BEACH IS NOT AT ALL CUTE. THAT IS A SHAME. DESPITE THIS WE WOULD BE BACK TO STAY THERE.
